"An elegant, smart hotel in a quieter location but an easy walk from the railway station. Rooms feel spacious with the large windows. A negative was they only had smoking rooms. Although there was a smoke smell in the room it was no a big problem"

"Hotel Livemax Himeji is centralised located near the train station. The highlight is definitely the onsen. Though it’s a bit small, it is definitely comfortable and help keeps me relaxed after long day of travel. The room has all the basic amenities though I find the color scheme a bit dark. We took the smoking room even though we don’t smoke. It was a bit dusty but no cigarette smell. Onsen tax is about SGD $3 per night. Overall I will stay again as it is comfortable and has a good onsen for the price I paid."

The welcome is excellent, and the room is large but rather dated. We had a smoking room; be careful, the smell is very strong, even for a smoker.

"The location is great, right next to JR. There are also shopping malls and restaurants nearby, and you can reach Himeji Castle in a 10-minute walk.
The breakfast is well received and has a relatively wide variety.
The front desk service attitude is also very good.
The room is tidy and the design is quite fresh. However, there happened to be a small yellow stain on my quilt. It must have been from the previous guest, or it may have been stained and cannot be washed off. Anyway, I felt a little uncomfortable when I saw it.
But overall the price/performance ratio is pretty good~"

"Very near to Himeji JR Station, just 7 minutes walk. Many malls & conveniences around the hotel building. But for me it's a little hard to find, as it's on the 7th floor of an older building & signage is not very obvious. Front desk staff are all nice & helpful, but most don't speak English & a little hard to communicate. Hence it took me a while to navigate & understand the pod area by myself and it was like a maze at first. Overall a pleasant stay. Thank you!"

Service i also give 5star because they let me leave my luggage before check in time.. but be sure you be there before 10am. Its quite old place. Rooms at second floor. I like it they let me choose the empty space i wanted instead of assigning any bed to me..

LlarryszeIt was my first time to experience a hot spring hotel. Overall it was very comfortable. Although it is not a new modern hotel, it was a good feeling to experience Japanese culture. There were more Japanese people staying this time. Although we were tourists, the staff entertained us very warmly. Dinner and breakfast were very rich. Although the road is a bit far from the city center, it is still worthwhile to experience this hotel. The room is very large and the scenery is great. It's so spectacular. There are small bugs in the natural environment. It is recommended not to open the windows. Everything else is impeccable. The hotel's care products are also very complete and facial masks are provided. Overall, it is highly recommended.

It is only a 10 minute walk from the train station, so very easy to reach.
Hotel is clean and has everything you would need.
Top tip: if it rains there are covered roads, 1 road inward from the main road. So almost no rain when walking here.

IIrene SheApart from the water supply issue in the room, the rest are perfect. The breakfast was good, and the night views from the hotel was spectacular. The water supply in the room was too slow, and I had to go to the public bathroom for brushing teeth. The staff offered to upgrade us to another room, but we don't like the 2 single beds room so we decided to stay in the one King bedroom that we reserved.

It's a low-temperature sauna that even sauna beginners can use, so it was easy to get in.
I stayed on the 7th floor and the view was great.
You can even see the Shinkansen from some rooms!
The noise from the next room is a bit annoying, but it's not a problem.
Dinner and breakfast are included for free.
Even if you don't have dinner, there are plenty of places to eat nearby, so it's not a problem.
Breakfast is a buffet, so you can have as much as you like of whatever you like, which is great.
I'd like to stay here again.

Facilities: Check in before 10 pm, can not be done after the time.
Environment: Generally, it is a space capsule, and the air conditioner is relatively enough.
Service: Service is also available, no Chinese service, English and Japanese can be.
The price is more expensive, after all, Japan.

When I woke up early, I was able to see a beautiful sunrise, which was a great memory of my trip.

JJonathan Tak ShingMy wife and I stayed at a Japanese-Style Room with Japanese Cypress Open-Air Bath on the Terrace. The hotel has English speaking staff who was very friendly and helpful. The dinner and breakfast were amazing, and the servers Mr Shiraiwa and Ms Yamaguchi provided excellent services. This is one of the best onsen ryokans we have experienced, and we look forward to returning.
