The hotel is about five minutes away from Izu Kogen Station by JR. There are not many people staying there. The sea view room is a little far from the sea. The first day was quite amazing, but the second day was a bit boring. The meal included the specialty golden eye carving. The hot springs are average. There is a nice mandarin orange soup and a nice massage bath outdoors. The private bath on the fifth floor has no bathing space, so I didn't use it. The men's and women's baths are switched in the morning and evening, which makes me a little uncomfortable. And the shower in the room has no hot water for a long time. But overall, the experience is still a very good hotel!"

A few days before the trip, I contacted them in advance to pick me up at the station, and when I left, they would also take me to Okawa Station according to the operating hours of the Izu Express. When I left, I was in a hurry to catch the bus and forgot to give me the check-out card. After asking the hotel, they gave it to me as a souvenir. "Overall the location was great and there was a direct sea view from most of the rooms and the onsen. Some of the facilities are slightly dated. Whilst it is very costly, i do feel overall that stay was still within expectations. The biggest disappointment for me was the dinner where the steam fish served was not as fresh. Despite the feedback provided to the hotel, they could not do any service recovery and simply kept repeating that they could not do anything. This goes against the great Japanese service I have always encountered everywhere I go in Japan"
