Particularly suitable for families with children, for those who need silence and peace, for those who love the sea, the beaches and the river but want to retreat in the evening to relax, in the cool (no need for air conditioning), maybe dining in the garden and be enchanted by the beauty of the starry sky and the meadows lit by fireflies. the only sounds you'll hear are the bleating of sheep, the song of summer cicadas and the rustling of the nearby Gottero river!The Maimonrose house is an independent villa renovated in winter 2013, it is completely immersed in greenery right above the river of the village of Sesta Godano, with our adjacent house, in a beautiful estate of our property in Maimone (not detectable by navigators, it's just us!) but reachable from the center of the village of Sesta Godano in 1 minute by car and 5 minutes on foot. The house has a sleeping area formed by three bedrooms, one double with wardrobe, one triple with double bed and very comfortable sofa bed and wardrobe and one double with 2 single beds; then there is the bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink and a beautiful open plan equipped kitchen with dining room, stereo, satellite TV and sofa. Furthermore you can enjoy the surrounding garden equipped with barbecue, chairs, table and umbrella, private parking and laundry. RRuey HuatPerfect 2d1n stay if you are looking for a place to stay in cinque terre. First of all, the service was tip top by receptionist Nasrin! She was very warm and welcoming. She offered to keep our luggages and let us have a quick change after we check out. Other than that, the guest house is located strategically just 9 mins walk from La Spezia train station, next to the Main Street. The room was pretty spacious even for three! Room was clean, beds were perfect, toilet was spacious and we didn’t expect it has a sharing kitchen as well with utensils and coffee machine. Overall it was a perfect stay for us definitely!

Location wise - excellent. Walking distance from La Spezia train station, only 8 min walk. Manageable with luggages. Walk to city center and port is also easy and around 15mins only. Because of the good location, we didn’t have to spend on Transportation! Nearby there are many shops to get water, there is also a Carrefour 300m away. Safe area with lots of local shops.
Rooms are very spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. There is a nice balcony to chill like an italian. They provide basic toilet amenities and even 2 bottles of water. Toilet is clean. Only bad thing is water pressure is quite slow so bath time takes long. However, the large and spacious room makes up for it. Room is also very quiet for a good night’s sleep. I slept very well.
Check in office is at another location around 100m away from property. Do note it is not at the same area.
Plus point is property had a small elevator for heavyweight luggages. Most italian buildings do not have elevators
Will definitely recommend this place! Very convenient and affordable. Highly recommend!

MMIN KYUIt's a good walk from the station. The road to the hotel is a pedestrian road, so taxis don't go. I went to Naples 21 from the station and was guided by the staff. The staff took a destination on the app to tell me the wrong way Google Maps told me the wrong way
I left my key in the room, but I solved it by phone. There are everything I need in the room. You can simply cook and eat, and there are microwave ovens, coffee pots, coffee machines, toasters, electric stoves, etc. There's a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine.
There's a strange elevator, so you don't have to worry about heavy luggage.

ZZHENVery good niche travel destination, it is recommended, the hotel is good: 1, diet: breakfast in the middle of the rules,; booked half-board, dinner dishes can be; service attitude is very good; 2, parking: definitely have to go by car, stayed for two nights, the hotel garage 40 euros stopped for one day, Italy parking costs are similar in several cities, very expensive. 3, room: booked is the administrative sea view room (that is, the 4th floor room), the room area is really small, it is more than a dozen flat, a suitcase will be, two suitcases can not open, slightly have a nainai tide However, the executive room has a small balcony that can be smoked to see the scenery (the balcony will be covered by the room, which does not affect the view), and if it is the 4th floor (408, 409), the balcony does not have a room. But basically can't stand, no area, and the view will be blocked by other rooms, we just switched to other rooms. It feels like the room with 2 floors is the best room type. Compared to the Italian attractions, the hotel pays attention to the view, not the inner space (area, facilities, etc.). 4, small town: Comments can not describe, you need to experience, I lived for two nights, one day by boat to go to the Cinque Terre, I feel no sense and necessary, just relax in the port town to stay and go very good (especially Easy to get motion sickness and seasickness, the boat is very bumpy and easy to seasick, very tossing, the Cinque Terre did not look at it during the day) Overall satisfaction is very worth remembering

Room is amazing, clean, big and comfy beds. Quiet at night and great location. The free breakfast is also nice, the breakfast place just 1 mins away.

AAlfYYI LOVE this place! It's right up the town of La Spezia. Excellent ”hide-away”, though it's a bit of a challenge to get there. Up the narrow winding road that leads up to this hidden gem of a location. Beautiful & fresh mountain views and excellent fresh mountain air!
The beds were comfortable - firm which is to my liking & toilet was a decent size.
Breakfast was surprisingly decently spread despite only 2 families being there (including myself) from 0800-1000.
We were given the GND Floor room, which is superb because it opens up to the outdoor lounge are which overlooks the beautiful harbour of La Spezia.
Don't expect much as there are no facilities - this is a 2 star hotel/accommodation.

CChristutiVery spacious place and bathroom. Our room had a small kitchen with the basics that became very useful as we cooked two of the nights we were there. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Centrally located and very near places to eat, supermarkets, all kinds of stores and more. Lots of places to see and visit just a short drive away. Place is located right next to some train tracks but we barely noticed when the train went by. Limited parking. Great place, would stay again.

GGuest UserThe room was very basic but fairly comfortable. The bathroom was a joke if I’m being honest because the toilet wouldn’t flush and was broken, the shower was so small that you barely had enough room in it and I’m quite slim, the toilet had to be sat on sideways as it was so close to the wall there wasn’t enough room for your legs unless you are a midget. the kettle was also broken as well. It was a twin room and the beds were so narrow that anyone other than skinny would not fit in it. The place was clean though.
