It's a great hotel. Amenities and rooms are great, only thing is WiFi is buggy. And hotel is very big.. Rooms are very far from reception. Finding way is so confusing. But they never have someone to show you the room. Just take you luggage and find your way by your own. Not good.

I recently stayed at the Terraz Tree Hotel Jakarta, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt warmly welcomed by the friendly and accommodating staff, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. The location is fantastic! Situated in the heart of Jakarta, the hotel is just a short distance from some of the city’s best shopping centers, restaurants, and cultural attractions. It’s also very accessible to public transportation, making it easy to get around. The hotel also features a lovely rooftop garden where I spent some time relaxing and enjoying the city views. It’s a peaceful spot to unwind after a busy day of exploring Jakarta. I didn’t get a chance to use the gym, but it looked well-equipped. For the quality of service, comfort, and amenities offered, Terraz Tree Hotel Jakarta is exceptional value for money. I left feeling like I got more than I expected for the price.

I have stayed here several times. The room is standard with carpeted floors, clean, and comfortable. However, the lighting is a bit dim; it might be helpful if a standing lamp were provided in each room without having to request it. But for those who enjoy a dim atmosphere, this room is perfect. The location is very close to the toll gate. The food is varied, making it suitable for business trips or just a short stay.

Made a last minute booking at Miers Hotel, Kuningan.
Checked-in at 5pm was smooth and fuss-free.
No queues or other visitor. Reception staff was polite but did not give any introduction to the hotel facilities. Did some Paperwork and given my room key.
Room condition was good, doesnt have any bad odour and looks pretty clean. Definitely gave bali vibes with the dark wood furnitures.
Toilets come with a working bidet spray, and decent amenities like toothbrush, cotton buds etc. Hot water works as well, and water pressure is good.
Aircon works well, in fact it was extremely cold at 22 degrees. Had to turn if off to warm up the room alittle.
Downside about the hotel, is it located quite a distance from the main road. Able to walk or take a quick bike ride in.
The room isnt sound proof. Stayed on the 3rd floor and every night i heard chairs moving from the restaurant above, as well as door creaking sound from opposite/ next door.
If you’re a light sleeper, please request a quiet room.
Housekeeping did a nice job tidying up the room, but found out they did not replace my towels on the first day, instead they folded my damp towels and placed it nicely on the bed. The following day, it was replaced with fresh towels.

Pros:
1. Located in near pondok indah area, it is really easy to stroll around pondok indah and go on and off PIM
2. The room is clean and spacious, I love how they divided the closet room and the sleeping room in superior deluxe
3. Good facilities in the hotel such as spas, swimming pools, gym
4. The staff are really nice and helpful
5. The breafast is tasty, not much of a choice but still tastes great!
Cons:
1. The restaurant and lobby are pretty small, so it's easily packed. You better get breakfast early when peak season to get a seat
2. Because the lobby and reception are small, it took times to check in or out, but there's not much place to sit down while waiting.
Lastly, this is not a pros and cons but more of a hotel policy for safety deposit approximately around 300K . You will get it back shortly after checking out.

I recently stayed at the Grandkemang Hotel Kemang Jakarta and I must say that it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is an old building but it has a cozy and spacious feel to it. The room I stayed in was big and clean and had all the necessary amenities. The pool was a great place to relax and unwind, and the hotel was quiet which made it even more peaceful.
However, I did notice that the hotel had a smell which could be due to its age. Despite this, I would still recommend the Grandkemang Hotel Kemang Jakarta to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Jakarta.

The room is still very good. If there are no small ants, the small spider is better. In addition, the sound insulation effect can be better. We stayed over one night. we had.Had a lovely surprise in the room with anniversary wishes and a lovely cake.The room itself was large and beautiful with wonderful views of the city. The hotel itself is stunning with lovely artwork and decor. Swimming pool was beautiful and loved the jacuzzi. A little cold in the pool most of the time as the buildings cover the sun. Fantastic gym! We went for drinks to their bar at 2pm and they didn't offer us the alcohol menu. When we specifically asked for it and then asked for signature drinks from it, we were told it wasn't available as the mixologist wasn't there and would be in at 4pm. We went again for pre dinner drinks, listened to lovely live music and again the signature drink I wanted wasn't available! Asked for a simple margherita and they charged us a price that was more than their signature drink prices! Many of the drinks like the beers on the menu was not available. Bar food was bland and mediocre. Was disappointing. Went out for an early dinner and came back to the hotel. Both of us felt very hungry at about 11.30pm and ordered the only meat pizza they had on their in room dining 24/7 menu and they tell me 15mins later that the pizza is not available! When we checked out, we weren't even asked how our stay was ..guess they didn't want any feedback or cared enough to know if we enjoyed our stay or not. We have been to Raffles in other countries and by far this was the most disappointing experience. Overall felt more like a business hotel

I had the pleasure of staying at Somerset Kencana Jakarta on June 15–16, booking the 3 Bedroom Premier suite on the 36th floor. From the moment of arrival, the experience was smooth and pleasant. Check-in was quick and efficient, handled professionally by the friendly front office staff, which set a welcoming tone for the stay.
The apartment itself was spacious, well-appointed, and in excellent condition. Every facility was clean, well-maintained, and comfortably arranged — perfect for a short family getaway or even a longer stay. The high-floor location offered a beautiful city view, adding to the overall experience.
There was a minor inconvenience during check-out: the evening front office staff on June 15 unfortunately forgot to register my vehicle with the property’s parking system. This caused a delay when exiting the premises. However, this issue was promptly and professionally resolved the next morning by the front office staff on June 16, a helpful and courteous female staff member who went the extra mile to ensure the situation was rectified smoothly.
Overall, Somerset Kencana Jakarta provided a comfortable, enjoyable, and high-standard stay, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others. The location, amenities, and level of service — with just a minor lapse quickly corrected — reflect a property committed to guest satisfaction.

GGuest UserNice design and basic room. Nothing much around the vicinity of the hotel even though it is in Dharmawangsa . . unfortunately the wrong side!
So if you are looking for cafes, bars, eateries around the hotel better not stay here. This hotel is attached to a convention hall which I believe is popular for weddings. So could be crowded and noisy if there is a wedding or event going on. Breakfast was pretty good and affordable. Service overall is very good . . all the staff try to make the guests happy.
The cafe food is ok if you stick to the standard Indonesian cuisine. We tried the Tom Yam Goong Soup and it was totally not right! But in all fairness the F&B manager did not charge us for it after we gave him the feedback.
Will probably stay again if we have meetings that way.

CClifford GordonEverything about the hotel is very good. I stay in many hotels and this is one of the best economy hotels. My only complaint is that the stairway is locked! There’s only one elevator and the stairway would be much more convenient for the first floor at times but it’s unavailable.

Jjames setiawanHave stayed at this hotel twice. Always satisfied with our stay. Friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. The onsen facility is what keeps us coming back to this hotel. One of the facilities that we think is really worth visiting. The food at the restaurant is also quite varied with a pretty good taste. Thank you Kuretakeso. We will be back again.

LLittleberriesStayed here during a business trip and had a very good experience. The hotel is clean, quiet, and well-managed. My room was comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked reliably throughout my stay, which was perfect for getting work done. The staff were professional and friendly. Breakfast had a decent variety and the location was convenient for meetings and getting around the city. I’d definitely stay here again for future business visits.
