"Simple and quite old interior. Location is about 5 - 6km from the city center, shuttle and airport pick-up are available. The staff is quite friendly, only I was disappointed with the PIC receptionist, I ordered take away breakfast because I was picked up in the morning by the tour for a 1 day trip, it turned out it was not provided. So on the day, I had to wait again. For the shuttle to the airport, it was also combined with guests with a 13.30 flight, asked to wait past the time I reserved, even though my flight was at 12 noon. The variety & quality of breakfast is very lacking for a 5 star hotel."

"Very cool modern hotel in Labuan Bajo. Awesome aesthetics all around, from the entrance to the rooftop pool and restaurant, to the room itself. Only stayed one night but would absolutely stay again if ever in Labuan Bajo. Excellent value for money. Food and drinks at the restaurant were also great."

In Indonesia, the juice is so delicious, it is really different from the domestic juice. You can watch the sunset on the beach. It should be noted that the sunset is high tide and low tide in the morning. The area of the beach changes greatly. If you want to play well, it is best to go in the morning and have breakfast right there. We are catching crabs there. The crabs run fast and it is difficult to catch them. The hotel provides paid airport pick-up and drop-off service, 60,000 cars, and the time of arrival at the airport and flight number should be indicated in the remarks when placing the order. You can also take a taxi at the airport, 700,000 cars. If you want to fly a drone in Komodo, you need to apply for a permit in advance. It’s like 800 RMB. I don’t know where to do it, so I didn’t fly.... If you have a drone, you must bring it. Find out where to do it. The scenery of Modo National Park is so beautiful, the effect of shooting with a drone will be particularly good. The local price of Komodo Island Hopping Day Tour is basically the same as that of Flying Pig. You can book anywhere, and you can also book it in the hotel. If there are many people, it is highly recommended to charter a speedboat. It is too convenient and enjoys a geometric improvement. If the per capita price increases by less than RMB 200, it is worth upgrading the speedboat."

"Nice hotel. Clean & spacious. Location may not be as accessible compared to city centre but is a very serene hotel. Great infinity pool view with sunset. Full facilities-sunset yoga, sunset hike to Sylvia hill, table tennis & gym are free entry. Other sports activities are chargeable. They have Cabana rooms on the water. Lucky for us to spot a pair of Pink Lion Fish floating below the cabana."

"The room serves its purpose well as a temporary stopover, especially for those on day trips. There's new construction happening right in front of the hotel. Overall, I'd rate it around a 3 to 3.5-star hotel. Hot water was just okay, and water pressure was a bit low. The evening view from the sea-view room was decent. Since we were on a day trip, the front desk offered a packed breakfast service. However, on the second day, they made a mistake. For our group of four (2 adults, 2 children), we were supposed to get two breakfast packs. Instead, they only gave us one bag containing drinks, mineral water, and cutlery on top, completely forgetting the actual food pack. As a result, we had no breakfast for our day trip. Thankfully, Ctrip stepped in to resolve the issue and refunded a portion of our breakfast fee. Overall, at this price point, I would still recommend it, especially considering the included transfer service."

"Zasgo Hotel truly feels like a hidden gem in Labuan Bajo. Upon arrival, we were given a complimentary upgrade to the suite on the 8th floor – an amazing surprise. From our room, we enjoyed a breathtaking view over the town and harbor, which instantly made our stay memorable. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with everything from arranging tours to organizing transport. When I had a complaint about the water pressure in our room, it was quickly resolved while we were out for dinner – outstanding service! The only minor downside is the location. Instead of a 5-minute walk to the main strip, it takes about 10 minutes. But honestly, we didn’t mind at all – it even helped us reach our 10,000 steps a day 😉. Overall: a comfortable hotel with excellent service, beautiful views, and a warm atmosphere. Definitely recommended for anyone wanting to explore Labuan Bajo."

"Great hotel nearby the center, very easy to go everywhere with gojek scooters or the shuttle. The service is good and the breakfast amazing. Some of the amenities would benefit from maintenance / renovation (lift broke down one time, AC was very soft, the pool was not cleaned systematically) Overall if you get a good price it’s definitely worth it! But not 4 stars quality IMO."
