前幾天入住體驗非常不錯，但是後面想去赫爾格達玩發現打不到車，要等很久才有車。某天吃完飯時發現水果不太新鮮，沒太注意直接吃了，當天晚上妻子就上吐下瀉。第二天去吃午飯時候，又發現用的食材是頭一天晚上剩下的。這樣的食物真的很令人掃興。

Overall, it is a very good resort hotel. We stayed there during the Spring Festival. The room was very large and clean. We chose the half-board buffet restaurant, which had good breakfast and dinner. There are also other restaurants that we can choose at our own expense. There are many activities for entertainment. We basically played tennis in the morning and went to the beach to snorkel, swim, or dig sand in the afternoon. You can see the coral reefs by walking down the beach in front of the hotel. It is very convenient and you don't need to go to the pier. It is also very shallow, which is friendly for those who can't swim. The water was not too cold during the Spring Festival. Another very touching point is that it happened to be a child's birthday during our stay. The hotel sent a birthday cake and decorated the room. We were not told about this in advance, which gave us a surprise. Overall, the Spring Festival vacation was very happy and I recommend it to Chinese people.

The hotel was quite good, but Ctrip marked the wrong location and we were picked up by a black car in the middle of the night! Later, I contacted Ctrip to replenish the fare. The location of Ctrip’s 45Km was wrong! The hotel includes three meals a day, and it’s pretty good to lie flat. It’s not as fun as snorkeling at the Aomabay Sheraton at the back. It’s only suitable for lying flat, and there’s not much to do.

The hotel environment is beautiful, and the conditions for snorkeling in the Red Sea are very good. The food breakfast is OK, and the buffet dinner is average. The service is hard to describe... We booked three rooms for three nights. Because the flight was on the third night, we entrusted Ctrip to negotiate with the hotel in advance for delayed check-out. The hotel responded that we could only pay one more night's room rate. So we paid one more day's room rate for one of the rooms, mainly to put the luggage in the afternoon, and we went out for dinner and drinks. Then when checking out, the front desk was confused. The two male and female managers said that your late check-out is not allowed by the hotel (you have paid an extra night's room rate, so it can only be considered an early check-out, okay?!); and then they said that there are so many people in one room (we just put the luggage in a room for a few hours and left at 7 pm, without staying overnight). After a long time, the attitude was very bad, lacking both patience and professionalism. Such a simple thing, the customer paid more and still couldn't figure it out... The newly renovated room was very small, and the shower water was flooded, so I asked the staff to fix it.

it's a fabulous staying there, the reception manager a gentle man received me well, he said I hoped you would come again, this is your family stay, we will wait you again, it's a life.time memory. my stay there there was only one Chinese family in the whole hotel, I felt so honored. it's a magic and gorgeous country and hotel. thanks! if chances, I would visit there

The Solymar beach resort is not the most expensive resort in the Hurghada/Safaga area, but it’s also not the cheapest. Because of this, we were expecting it to be quite middle-of-the-range in terms of quality. At every turn, we were pleasantly surprised and delighted. The staff were friendly and courteous - whether at the reception, in the restaurant, or walking past someone watering the grass, you are guaranteed a friendly greeting. Everyone is quick to know their customers - after just a day in our usual spot on the beach, Ahmed knew our usual order. The hyper-energetic Magic Entertainment team members were also quick to build rapport and make us feel included in the resort vibes. We plunged immediately into extreme relaxation with a “honeymoon massage” at the spa, which included time in the dry and steam saunas, a special hammam exfoliation ritual on a heated marble slab, a full-body Dead Sea mud wrap, and an oil massage. The masseuses were talkative and playful - possibly not to everyone’s taste, but this seems to be the Egyptian way and certainly got me smiling and giggling along. There is not a moment of the day when you might be at risk of going hungry. From the early breakfast in the main restaurant, to the late breakfast at the beach, to the drinks and snacks on offer throughout the day at the pool bar and restaurant, there is always a wide array of quality F&B choices. There is some variation from day -to-day options, and it’s always worth checking out the “fresh-from-the-grill” area to see what the day’s speciality may be. Part of the stay includes one complementary meal at one of the two a la carte restaurants (Italian/Egyptian) where the food is a level or two up from what’s served in the buffets. Go hungry - the Egyptian meal included a starter of hot and cold mezze, a soup, a main course and a dessert (with alternative plant-based and kiddies’ menus). The resort has done a lot to ensure that it is eco friendly. Apart from the usual request to hang up towels to save water on unnecessary cleaning, they also purify their own water, which is left in your room in chilled glass bottles (it tastes a little weird, but it’s good for the planet). Overall, highly recommend the Solymar resort.

The environment is very good, but the Egyptian waiter in a restaurant is extremely stupid, speaking bad things about ************** in front of *********. Haha, does the quality of the hotel staff need to be improved? ?

You can see the sea and the hotel has a beach. The scenery is good. The room is large and the facilities are a bit old.
