I was a little dissatisfied with the service. I booked a river view room. I was initially given a room facing a construction site and was changed to a room at my request. The day of check-in was at the end of the holiday, so the room was definitely not tight. I don't understand why the service staff did this.

I made all the calls in the room, and I called more than once. I had to ask, but there was no one answering the phone. I called the front desk, switchboard, business center, customer service center, and no one answered. Fortunately, there is no urgent matter, otherwise the hotel will be responsible.

You can see the beautiful sunset from the terrace. There is also a valley in front of the wooden house, huge rocks scattered, the children climb for an afternoon, there is Feilada on the mountain, the whole journey takes about an hour and a half. Take the baby to immerse in the tranquil and cozy nature every day.
Service: The service is super good, the patient butler is very enthusiastic. The whole reception center is very clean, and the valley and bamboo forest are outside the window.
