"The room looks exactly like the picture. The AC was blasting cold which was perfect for the hot summer weather. Amazing view from the balcony. Great location as it’s a few minutes walk (3-5min) from the hotspots of furong ancient town. The staff provided us with tips and recommendations of the performances and as well as a map. Despite the hotel not having any elevator, the staff helped us bring our luggage to our room (up and down the stairs) as well as from the drop off point. I really liked their free pickup service from the station, very convenient since they later help you drag your luggage to the hotel (the roads are very bumpy). There’s a bit of walk from the entrance of the furong scenic area (4-5min) so I recommend using their drop off service too since they will also help you bring your luggage directly to the car. It’s 20 yuan compared to DiDi which was around 13 yuan (save you the headache of having to drag your luggage around the uneven road)."

"The room was great on the ground floor and a great view of the bridge. We only stayed one night so it all passed quite quickly but we were dropped back at the station by the hotel. Be sure to buy your tickets for entry to the scenic area before you arrived - you can get them on trip.com before the online booking closes at 3.30pm. We hadn’t booked ours but we managed to get them at the station when we arrived, . Luckily it was still open otherwise I’m not sure what would have happened- they check the tickets all the time in the village."

"We have delightful stay in here. The host are super nice, very accommodating and helpful! We do have a lot of luggages since we'll be traveling in China for a month, the host are initiatively help us with everything from pick-up service, sightseeing information, loaded luggages and transportation arrangement too! The room is homey, looking great just like the picture they provide and clean. You can anticipate their breathtaking view from the room's balcony 🫶🏻 Check-out process were very seamless. I highly recommend to everyone to stay in this hotel!!"

"**Welcome Amenities/Treats**: Upon arrival, each room was greeted with complimentary snacks and fresh fruit. In the evenings, they even offered bedtime milk, and afternoon tea was available at the restaurant. Both the kids and the seniors absolutely loved these thoughtful touches! **High-Speed Rail Transfer Service**: The service was incredibly considerate. We could easily pre-book a shuttle service to tourist attractions with the front desk, which was extremely convenient! Beyond that, the kids were thrilled with the hotel's swimming pool and the rooftop hot spring. Our itinerary only allowed for a one-night stay, but the children were so happy they didn't want to leave!"

"Excellent stay in the middle of Furong Ancient Town with a very welcoming host who went out of his way to help us, be it buying discounted tickets to the Furong Scenic Area (which the hotel is located within), organizing a taxi pickup from the train station, or just being generally available via WeChat in case we had any issues or questions. The interior of our room looked amazing and our balcony offered an excellent view of one of the main bridges over the river. The bed was very comfortable as well and the wifi was fast and reliable. The only negative aspect as the bathroom which had several issues, from only stocking less than one roll of toilet paper, to the shower door being broken, plus a partial water outage on our check-out day (which is most likely not the hotel's fault though). If the bathroom situation is improved the this will easily become a 5 out of 5 choice in our eyes 👌"

"Great stay, perfect location, and a very kind host The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the entrance to the scenic spot, which is super convenient. You can get there either from the main road by going up a small staircase or from the lower, more touristy street. The room is great: very comfortable and quiet — I slept really well. During the time I stayed, the nights were nice and cool for sleeping, and the daytime temperature was just perfect. The owner was also extremely kind and even drove me to the train station himself. It only took us 12 minutes, and I really appreciated that. Thank you so much!"

"I was in a shared room with 4 beds, the room was very big, had a nice bathroom and was very clean. The owner was very hospitable and welcoming, he sat down with me to drink tea or a beer while I was there. It is just 5 minute walk to the ancient town and is on the main road with lots of cheap restaurants and other amenities around it. Great place, great owner, 10/10 would stay again!"

"We are from Thailand, self-guided travel with family. We spent 1 night here in separate 3 rooms. 10/10 Location : This hotel is right next to the scenic viewing platform to see whole waterfall with the old village. You can't see the waterfall from the room (nice for us since we don't want disturbing sound when we sleep) but replace with very beautiful and calm river view. Each room place separately and have different scenery. It's hard to tell which room you would get when you book the room via Trip.com but the 8805 and 8806 we stayed both have wonderful scenery. 10/10 Service : Hotel staff was very helpful. They helped us carry the luggage to the rooms. They don't have enough staffs in my opinion. 8/10 Facilities : Breakfast is easy and delicious. Room and bathroom facilities are just enough. About drop off, they will drop you to the back entrance of Fenghuang Village area. You will need to walk from the road, pass the alley - the ticket gate, then arrive at the hotel entrance not too far. This hotel may not convenient for elderly. 6/10 Cleanliness : Actually it not all that bad. The room 8805 and 8806 were quite clean minus only the air conditioner when we switch to heater, it smell (may be visitors rarely use heater). But the room 8803 is quite dirty (I guess it's because 8803 is not the frequently occupied room but they give us this room because they want us to stay close to each other). And It's such a shame that they have such a beautiful place but didn't take care of the weeds to allow for the full view from the room."

"We were a group of 20 people. The hostess met us at the tourist center, showed us through, and checked us in. We immediately agreed on a transfer to the Red Rocks. She told me when there were performances in the city and treated me to some local delicacies. We communicated quite successfully through an interpreter."
