"I booked this hotel early to participate in the Yunjian Huajing cross-country race in Siguniang Mountain. After arriving at the hotel, I found that the large windows facing the street had a really good view. I could see the horses running freely at the intersection and the green hillside. The big brother and sister in charge of hotel management were also very enthusiastic and responded to the requests in a timely manner. It is about 700 to 800 meters away from the cross-country race venue, Siguniang Mountain Outdoor Activities Management Center, which is about 10 minutes' walk, which is acceptable. Overall, it is still a good hotel with good value for money."

"The room was spotless and came equipped with an oxygen concentrator. Its location is excellent, quite close to the entrance of Changping Valley Scenic Area, and just over a kilometer from town. The first floor houses a charming restaurant, filled with succulents and adorable cats, while the second and third floors are dedicated to guest rooms. While the room was clean and tidy, my highest praise goes to the staff. On my first day, I felt fine upon arrival, but developed altitude sickness that evening. A kind female staff member gently helped me with the oxygen concentrator and checked my blood oxygen levels. The next day, a male staff member also warmly inquired about my well-being. As I was traveling alone and worried about my health, I had to cut my trip short. I originally planned to visit all three valleys and wasn't in a hurry to return home, but had to check out two nights early. I was concerned about inconveniencing them, but they were incredibly helpful in managing the situation. I'm truly grateful! I'm unsure when I'll have the opportunity to visit again, but if I do, I would absolutely choose this guesthouse for its personal touch and hospitality. I will also wholeheartedly recommend it to any friends or colleagues visiting the area. All the best!"

"It's a small hotel. Located in the heart of the community Easy to walk around. Near many restaurants, grocery stores. The amenities in the room are complete, including a heater, oxygen tank, hair dryer, magnetic heating pad under the mattress, TV, Wifi. The staff are smiling, well-spoken, and very helpful."

"The hotel is located on the 3rd level of the road. It quite difficult to walk especially  if you have a big baggage you must ask a taxi to drop you off at the hotel .however this price is worth if you are solo traveller. The room was clean and big. the staff was very helpful and friendly. she recommend and guide me for the trip in Siguniangzhun and also assisted me to book the van back to Chengdu. Consider to stay this hotel again for next time😊"

"The first time I came to Siguniang Mountain, I had to write a review for this Siguniang Mountain Xueling Qingju Hotel booked in Trip.com . At first, because I was worried that I could not find the way, I didn't expect the boss to call to confirm the itinerary after placing the order. When I picked up the station, a big brother with a straight shoulder was waiting. According to the description of the appearance, I concluded that he was the hotel owner Yang. When I walked into the hotel, I felt that the cleanliness of the hotel was far beyond expectations. The white sheets were stacked into standard tofu blocks, the white sheets were spotless, and each bed was equipped with a separate locker and socket. I can't help but ask, Boss Yang, are you a soldier born? He replied that he asked me how I knew it, and I said that I would know about the hotel bedding. I joked that the accommodation tonight is absolutely safe, and there are soldiers guarding it. He said that it must be safe. In this words, there is a special sincerity of the military. Boss Yang introduced very enthusiastically that the altitude here is high, you need to drink more hot water, please wash your hair carefully, if you need help, please feel free to order. Through the Changpinggou observation deck he recommended, I actually enjoy a whole snow-capped mountain golden roof, four snow-capped peaks in the morning light like hanging jade. This hotel is more like a supply station at the foot of the mountain, with military style absolutely clean and home temperature. The wind of Siguniang Mountain is fresh and the climate is cool. The trip to Siguniang Mountain and the experience of staying at Home Inn make this trip more perfect."

"🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A Slice of Heaven in Xiaojin We stayed at Cloud Inn in Xiaojin County and it was honestly one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. Originally, we planned for just one night… but my friend got altitude sickness (don’t worry — they even have an oxygen machine available!) and we ended up cancelling our next destination just to stay another night. That’s how comfortable and peaceful it felt here. What truly makes this place special are the people. The aunties, the staff, the bosses, and even the two dogs, Hua and Keke — they’re all incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely warm. From helping us when we arrived, to patiently explaining everything we needed, to just chatting and laughing with us — they made us feel like part of a big family. The hotel also has a café, and as a coffee lover, I’d give it 9/10! The latte was so good, and the vibe is cozy and relaxing — perfect after a long day of mountain air. As Muslim travelers, we mentioned our dietary needs, and the staff were thoughtful and careful to guide us through what we could eat. They even helped us locate a Halal restaurant nearby and arranged a very affordable taxi for us. It made a huge difference in our stay. Also, if you’re planning to visit Shuangqiao Valley (just 8km away), no worries — the hotel helped us book a taxi for about 30 yuan, and the same driver picked us up after. Super smooth and easy. And for those who want something extra special: the bosses are building a gorgeous new branch just 10–15 minutes away, with private pools in every room and a panoramic view of Mount Siguniang. I’ve seen it myself — it’s honestly breathtaking. If you can afford to splurge, this is the place. When it was time to say goodbye… I cried. Like, actual tears. The staff walked us to our van, hugged us, and told us to come again. It felt like leaving family. And I’m not writing this review because they were kind only to me — I’m writing this because this hotel is truly something special. For all of the Cloud Inn family — I will come back soon. "Amazing hotel with stunning food and services. Staff are way too kind to upgrade our room and give us welcome drinks😛 The mountain view is absolutely spectacular while the entire design of the hotel and our room are both comfy and a visual feast. The dinner served is way above standard and carefully well-plated.💜 This hotel is the most impressive one throughout my trip to Chengdu. I think to a certain extent, it outreaches other five star hotels I have booked throughout this trip e.g. Grand Hyatt and Hilton (though their overall experience are beyond top notch)"
