"A highly recommended B&B, it feels like home! The homestay is in Sixiyan Village. If you drive and park in the parking lot, the housekeeper will contact you in advance to pick you up. If you stay in the hotel, you will get free tickets! A very nice B&B, an ancient house handed down from Daoguang, with a history of more than 170 years. The owner is very enthusiastic and will let us taste their homemade wine, which is very delicious. The proprietress cooks very delicious dishes, and the side dishes of the store are a combination of meat and vegetables. Especially the fish, very fresh and tender braised, with the taste of childhood! The green vegetables are really free of pesticides and are very smooth and tender. You can’t get them in the city! The price is not expensive and the cost performance is high! Although the room is a little small, it is very warm and homey. There is an electric blanket on the bed, which makes it very comfortable to sleep in this weather. Although it is an old house, the bath water is very large and hot. "I collected an accommodation after watching a video on the Internet many years ago. A foreigner married a local woman from Wuyuan and bought a century-old Qing Dynasty house here, converted it into a famous inn. I have always wanted to come here for a leisure trip, so I chose this one. There was no price increase during the National Day, just over 600 yuan, the store is located in Yancun Scenic Area, Sixi, Wuyuan. The ticket to the scenic area is 50 yuan, and the butler of the B&B helps to buy tickets for 30 yuan. The B&B is located in Yancun, which is much quieter than Sixi Village (I later found out that the ticket gate will be closed after dark, but you will have to scan your face to check your tickets when you go out or come in during the day). The butler of the B&B is very nice and runs this store alone. The owners are all in the newly opened one. The breakfast at the B&B is 50 yuan per person and dinner is 90 yuan per person, or you can order dishes yourself. The prices of the dishes are much higher than outside. I asked and it was the foreign owner's pricing. The style of the B&B is what I like! I love this fusion feeling so much! However, the wood smell on the first floor is still quite strong! Fortunately, the central air conditioning has strong wind power! There is no TV in the room, but there is a TV in the public area on the top floor. It's fun to watch talk shows with friends in the evening! The stay was very comfortable. Sometimes I need such a slow pace of life. I will come again next time."

"It was truly an unforgettable and memorable journey. The lady in charge was very responsible and enthusiastic. She upgraded the room for free (it happened to be the Dragon Boat Festival) and took us to experience making rice dumplings, tasting tea, and told us about the past of the small city of Wuyuan, allowing us to slowly relax from the hustle and bustle of life and quietly listen to the whispers of the ancient village of Huizhou.
The homestay was converted from an old house with basically no major changes, preserving the ancient charm of the house and the tension unique to that era. The moment you step through the door, the heavy sense of history hits you in the face, the rain falls in through the patio, and when you look up you see the sky at the same place at different times. The surrounding darkness formed a sharp contrast with the pouring light, and I seemed to truly feel the oppression of that feudal era. It is not the dull words in textbooks, nor the sharpened images in film and television dramas, but real history. In the room, listening to the sound of raindrops hitting the tiles and the sound of rainwater flowing along the grooves into a stream, I had a different experience, a memory like an ink painting."

After checking in, the lady at the front desk quickly carried our suitcases to our room on the second floor (great!), allowing us to focus on marveling at the environment of Mingxun Hall. In the evening, you can sit by the fire and eat roasted sweet potatoes in the restaurant, with your dog Huahua sitting by your side. We were so excited that we left our things in the restaurant, and the lady directly sent them back to our room.
The store manager was also very nice. He introduced many stories about the B&B architecture and helped us plan our itinerary. I was so blindly confident that I walked around without checking the navigation, but was successfully called back by the store manager and the young lady (tears in my eyes). Anyway, I finally arrived at Xisi Village happily and also went to the recommended Zhang Village. It was an amazing experience!
Wuyuan High-speed Railway Station Pick-up Service: The business car is spacious and comfortable. The train was delayed. Thanks to Master Xiaojin for patiently waiting for half an hour. The communication was smooth and smooth throughout the whole process.

"The room I stayed in in Lixia is on the 4th floor. It is not very big but comfortable. Fortunately, there is a large balcony with a table. For someone who travels and works at the same time, this table is very needed. The table in the room has a large TV and can only hold a small TV. GGuest UserThis guesthouse was undoubtedly my favorite during this Jiangxi trip. In stark contrast to the rather average service I experienced at guesthouses in Jingdezhen, the service here in Wuyuan was absolutely fantastic. The environment was incredibly comfortable, truly giving me a 'home away from home' feeling. The owner, the auntie, and the young staff member were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast auntie was also wonderfully warm, and the dishes she prepared had that distinctive Guangzhou flavor – absolutely delicious! I would certainly come back here if I have another opportunity.

GGuest UserWhile riding the cable car, I heard tourists next to me exclaiming, ”What beautiful Hui-style architecture!” Looking up, you can see the undulating white walls and green tiles, with a simple and elegant background. As the cable car goes up, there is a rapeseed terrace field under your feet. It’s a pity that without the filter of sunlight and the color of the season, there are fewer bright colors. However, no matter when you come here, you can see colorful crops drying on the roofs. The color of the crops drying in the autumn is probably their unique skin color.
Some people say that entering Huangling is like entering a game world. In the square at the entrance of the village, tourists used existing props to hold a general meeting of all members of the Huangling Brigade in an orderly manner. ”Dear villagers, we are gathered together today...” ”Little comrade, please be serious. Take your ice cream and sit down!” There was laughter everywhere. Along the stone road, you can meet the inheritors of the intangible cultural heritage of making straw raincoats. The driver who came like a timely rain when we were catching the high-speed train; the passers-by who enthusiastically guided us to pick up our stored luggage at the exit; the passenger who picked up our ID cards and the lovely steward. When I arrived at the room, I found that the landlady not only helped to turn on the air conditioner in advance, but also prepared some snacks, which made me feel very thoughtful. At night, you can enjoy the night view, and during the day, you can stroll through the ancient landscape, with small bridges and flowing water right before your eyes. The atmosphere is truly captivating! It's also incredibly close to surrounding attractions: Wunu Island is about 10 minutes away, Moon Bay is just five or six minutes, Jiangwan is about 15 minutes, and Huangling is just around 20 minutes, making it quick and easy to get to wherever you need to go. The overall environment is exceptional, the facilities are all new, and the stay is incredibly comfortable. Rapeseed flowers bloom outside the window. You can tell the owner is a dedicated owner; the rooms are immaculately clean and the decor is warm and elegant. The food is absolutely amazing! It uses local ingredients, cooked to perfection, and every bite is satisfying. The owner is friendly and attentive, providing a thoughtful shuttle service. From check-in to check-out, it makes you feel right at home.
This B&B made my trip even more perfect. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wuyuan!

YYuenWe came for a biking holiday. We stayed 4 nights. We left every morning on a different biking route. Lots of roads and villages.
We each had a guest room. I was disappointed that I had the smallest room but they thought I wanted to be on the same floor as my friends. They moved me to the 2nd floor and now I had the same HUGE place as my friends. In the sitting room, is an L-shaped couch. It pulls out as a bed. So I guess this room could fit up to 4 people. The shower is huge. There is plenty of space to wash our bikes. The sauna/hot air thing was great for drying our clothes too!
Had we been more people, we probably would have rented one of the bigger places and shared instead of getting our own guest rooms.
It's fairly quiet. Breakfast was served in a separate traditional building. Normal Chinese breakfast, but asked for the noodles with the fried eggs! The kitchen staff were very accommodating when we asked if we could have breakfast at 7 am. Also, we asked for a late check-out because we wanted to shower after our ride. They let each of us have our rooms till 4pm at no charge. It would be great if the stone tiles could be power washed as it was quite slippery when it rained.
I didn't have my driver's license but I needed to go pick up my friend and his broken bike. So I went back to ask the manager if he could drive our car 35 km to pick up my friend. He was happy to drive me!
The sign to the guest house was not installed but if you look for the castle-like building, you'll find it. It was tricky getting to the hotel because we arrived late and it was absolutely chucking down with rain.
This is a great, gorgeous place if you want peace and quiet. My room had a river view. Great for relaxation. Highly recommend this place.

WWHUThis is our third week travelling through China. Our stay at Wuli Shanshui Wenquan Dujia Jiudian. Mentioning the full name of this hotel pretty much gives you a full description of what you will likely experience. A lot of good value for money!
The hotel is situated at the bank of a river and behind the river you will see beautiful forested hills. Early in the morning and late in the afternoon you will hear the birds singing.
Your stay in this hotel comes with free entrance tickets to the hotpools, each with its own theme. You have the Danggui, the Red Wine, the Green Oasis, the Milk and Red Vinegar pools. We spent about 10 minutes in each of them. Relax, take time to have the body adjust to the temperature. I sat on the side with only my legs and hands under water. Later I let my body slide into the water fully. That night I slept like a baby and this morning I had a smooth soft skin, like a baby 😁
The rooms are fully equipped with all necessities and the reception was very helpful. We got a fruit basket as a welcoming gift.
Unfortunately there was no restaurant service but the reception helped us to order in lunch and dinner from a nearby restaurant. All we had to do was to pick from the menu and send the order to the reception via Wechat. For a modest fee our lunch, dinner and cold beers were delivered to our room 👍
The breakfast buffet offered great variety with fresh Ginseng fruit and mini tomatoes.
We liked it here so much that we booked a second night.
There is so much to explore in the neighbourhood with the beautiful old villages of Likeng and Wangkou nearby.

GGuest UserThe room is over 2700, but it feels like 270. A family of four and one child came out to play, and booked a single-family two-bedroom family room. At first, I only saw four pictures, and the other room was not shown at all. I thought it should be the same as the picture. I never expected that the other room was so simple that there was only one bed, and my friends really only had a tatami bed. And you have to run from one room to another to go to the toilet. I am really dissatisfied, everyone must avoid it! The only consolation is that the service is OK, the shuttle bus driver has a good attitude, and the breakfast is pretty good.
