The hotel is within walking distance of Longquan Tower, Zhangzhou Museum, Zhangzhou Han Portrait Brick Museum, Mozi Memorial Hall and Luban Memorial Hall (currently not open for maintenance). I like to put a small bag of toothbrushes, and the girl at the front desk agreed to give it to me. The family also bought a few hundred yuan of supplies, which is a benign interaction!
Observations and recommendations:
1/ The hotel uses some new materials that are beautiful and practical, such as the walls of the shower room, basins, etc. But the flushing sound of the toilet is too loud, it feels like a train 🚞 is driving over. Moreover, the sound of flushing upstairs can also be transmitted to my room, and the sound I use must also be transmitted downstairs! This is a failure. New technology should be more convenient and comfortable, not...!
2/ Customers have various reasons to book through various channels. There is no need to say that ”in order to improve the service”, customers have to scan the code to pay attention to their company's public account, which feels a bit exposed.
3/ Most hotels currently tell customers the WiFi password at check-in for Internet use. Why do customers have to log in to their company interface to fill in the message before using WiFi all season? It feels too calculated.
4/ The uniforms of the front desk staff are incongruous compared to the decoration and quality of the hotel, and look like the style of the massage next door.
