"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The facilities are top-notch, the environment is elegant, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. However, what impressed me the most was the service from the staff, especially Assistant Cheung. His service was impeccable, always with a smile and very attentive to our needs. Whether it was checking us in, offering local travel advice, or addressing our various needs, Cheung was always professional and enthusiastic. Thanks to Assistant Cheung, our stay was exceptionally pleasant! Highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely choose it again next time."

"Me and my girlfriend booked a room in this sharehouse accommodation and it was a lovely place to stay. The house is newly renovated, grand and the room very clean and comfortable. Even more impressive was the hospitability and the warm and friendly service. The house has three levels and even a lift to use, though we stayed on the ground floor. They serve a complimentary light breakfast and there is an espresso machine. Very nice finishings and facilities in the room. I would recommend this place for young travellers looking for a place to stay near the ski resort. There is also a driver for drop-off/pick-up services to the ski-resort and Yabuli-West station."

"I would say this is the best of best experience I’m having , met a few families from Singapore as well , all of them were having same great comments on this home stay , owner is extremely friendly and helpful , he helped us booked a few activities which prices are much lower than market ( I did some research and compared ) .  This home stay is top notch in Yabuli I believe , try it you would know I meant"

"I noticed this store before it opened, and I could always see it online. Later, I heard that there was a new store collecting unused books online, which seemed quite interesting. I had been planning to go out with friends, but I was worried before coming that the publicity would not match the actual situation. 😂 After meeting, I found that the staff were indeed very enthusiastic and of high quality. It is also very close to the scenic area, and they helped to pick us up and drop us off without any impatience. I feel that there are very few hotels near the scenic spots near my home with this level of service, and the hardware configuration is also very complete. There is a gym and laundry room, and it is convenient to dine in. There is a restaurant directly where you can order food, which is very convenient and worry-free. There is also a coffee shop next to it, which seems to be from the same company. The photos are very good, but I couldn’t arrange the time, so I could only stay for one night. I plan to stay for a few more nights next time I am free, and I will recommend it to people around me."

"The main reason I chose this hotel was for the hot springs and my own convenience. However, I discovered that the hot spring and resort are managed separately, which meant I had to return to the counter to return the key and complete other formalities before I could go back to my room after using the hot spring. The front desk staff were less friendly, and honestly, the worst I’ve encountered among all the hotels I stayed at during my trip. Their hospitality needs significant improvement. Additionally, Yabuli is very remote, and transportation is quite inconvenient. The hotel staff didn’t assist us in contacting any drivers. As locals, they could have at least had some contacts or suggestions for transportation, but instead, they dismissed us outright, stating that no transfers were provided."

"Amenities and services are way beyond 5 stars if can give 7 stars I would. Drove us everywhere! Gave us recommendations Food wise, I would suggest that you order food to hotel or ask to go a place that you prefer. The recommendations are fine. But if you stay there too long is a bit too repetitive. I marked down cleanliness because the room had a drainage/ sewage smell. Had to keep all drainage eg bath tub toilet cubicle showering area and basin all closed then it was fine. No lift only staircase. Is a 3 storey high villa. This room is on the 3rd floor. The staff kindly helped us to carry our luggage. Things to note: outside shoes are left just inside the entrance. So overall inside is clean. Just need to be mindful of your shoes. Don't take the wrong shoes don't let people take your shoes too :) Skiing area 1. Just directly outside the accommodation good for very new beginners as it isn't too crowded even in the afternoon but it might depend on luck cos if got tour group then can get crowded but they don't stay long 2. Ti wei: nicer for experienced beginners. The intermediate slope is suitable for beginners too. 3. Yang guang: the beginner slope on the cable car from midpoint of area A is more steep than the intermediate slope of ti wei. But it is quite costly to go here for beginners. Experienced skiers will prefer this place. For beginner slopes, driver li helped us get discount There is also a snow play area. Driver li helped us get discount too! We paid for 2 activities and got 3 activities for free haha. Bonus we booked it quite early so no breakfast included. But the owner still gave us breakfast for free 😋 the breakfast was nutritious and yummy! PS: this place was a pleasant surprise. Met 3 other groups of Singaporeans here!"

"We went to Yabuli skiing and came here after seeing the good reviews. It was bright and clean as soon as we entered the room. The new room was comfortable and warm. The landlord was warm and friendly and gave us a lot of suggestions on the itinerary. He provided us with one-stop service. It felt that every step was very compact and we had fun. I took a hot shower in the hotel at night. The shower head had a lot of water, which helped me relieve the fatigue of the day. I felt like I was at home when I went to bed. The mattress was very comfortable, the quilt was very soft, and there was a buckwheat pillow. This was the most comfortable sleep I had since I came to Northeast China. Highly recommended."
