"As soon as I entered the hotel, the ladies at the front desk were warm and considerate. The hotel is surrounded by mountains and the air is very fresh and the environment is beautiful. In this hotel, I experienced a life that is both elegant and comfortable. Every corner of the room exudes comfort and warmth, and the facilities are advanced and have everything you need. What surprised me most was that there is an independent hot spring pool in the room. The lady at the front desk said that the water there is the same as the water in the hot spring over there. If you don’t want to go to the public hot spring center, you can just enjoy it in the room alone. It’s really comfortable to soak in it. The room I booked is a king-size bed room. It’s really big and soft and comfortable to sleep on. There is also a sofa. If a family brings children, they can ask the waiter to make a sofa bed for them, which is enough for sleeping. It’s really considerate. In short, the stay experience is very good and I look forward to staying there next time."

But the room details said there is a private bathing pool, but in fact there is no. This misled us. We booked a suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. We knew that there was no bathing pool until we arrived at the store. This suite is still on the 5th floor and our legs and feet are not good. I couldn't climb that high floor, so I applied to Ctrip for free cancellation of the order and rebooked 2 rooms on the 3rd floor, but the price was much more expensive than the other 2 rooms booked before. I hope that Ctrip will provide more accurate information to guests in the future
