We arrived at 10 o'clock in the evening and accidentally scratched the neighboring car when parking outside. Being in a foreign place and without experience in dealing with traffic accidents, uneasiness and anxiety occupied our hearts. After the front desk learned about it, he immediately informed the boss of the matter. The boss put down his work and took us back to the scene to guide us to complete the report, monitor the retrieval, communicate with the traffic police, and communicate with the other car owner. He went back and forth, accompanied and waited... The whole process took nearly three hours. His rich experience and comfort always made people feel at ease!

This place is very close to the high-speed rail station and is suitable for taking a rest on the first day in Panzhou. It’s not far from here to Wumeng Prairie. It’s recommended to leave early, as there will be traffic jams if you leave late.
The room is newly renovated, but the bathroom doesn't have a dry and wet separation, so it's a bit puzzling that water splashes out. It would be better to just pull a shower curtain.

First of all, the reason for booking is that the hotel is equipped with charging piles and laundry rooms, which is very convenient for us who travel by car. There is also a gym and swimming pool, which Dad and children like very much. So, although I read the details page, I have known that it is a hotel for about 10 years. I still decided to make a reservation.
When checking in, the front desk staff said that washing clothes is on the negative first floor and you need to swipe your room card. To wash clothes, you need to activate the room card at the front desk. So I activated the room card when I checked in. And went to the 4th floor to inspect the gym and swimming pool in advance. They are open to the outside world and are free to use by in-house guests.
Because I was tired during the day, I wanted to have dinner in the room. During the check-in process, I also consulted the front desk and whether the hotel has a restaurant. The front desk said that it was on the second floor, let us go to the restaurant to see it ourselves. We asked if there were any recommended dishes, and she said the restaurant and hotel were not one, she didn't know.
Then enter the room, the room is OK. The decoration and equipment are old, but the area is much larger than the current mid-range hotel chain. I wanted to order takeaway, but I accidentally found that there was a QR code scanned by the second floor restaurant on the bedside to order the menu. The dishes can be delivered to the room, which perfectly solves the dinner. The taste is quite satisfactory, but it is much better than eating takeaway. At 5:30 in the morning, the child had a fever. The front desk sent a temperature gun and asked if he needed help. It was very warm.
So far, I'm still quite satisfied.
The main reason for the split is the laundry room, which is self-service! After arriving, I found that the laundry was in the parking lot on the first floor. Although it was a card to enter, the door was often open. There was no need to swipe the card at all. Anyone could enter! There is no staff in the laundry room, 2 washing machines and dryers, and hygiene is worrying! And there is no obvious operation guide, most guests (especially older aunts) will not operate, I help at least 2 aunts operate the washing machine. Self-service and no supervision, especially to test humanity! If I'm not there, someone will jump in line to wash. Must stay there all the time during the laundry. At least 2 hours or more will be wasted.
In addition, when booking, I ordered welcome fruit for the children on Trip.com and it was not delivered to the room that night. I called the front desk the next morning, so I sent 2 apples. This should be the worst welcome fruit I have ever eaten.
I really hope the person in charge of the hotel will see my comments. Whether it is a laundry room, welcome fruit. Don't do surface work in order to have this package or service. Since the guests need service, they are naturally willing to pay for the service. Also will be booked again for good service and package.
ps: When I checked in, I didn't ask if I was driving and I needed to register the license plate number. When I checked out, if it wasn't for my initiative, no one at the front desk still remembered this ”little thing”.

Location:
The hotel is conveniently located not far from the entrance of Wumeng Prairie, though it’s a bit farther from the exit. I’d recommend staying here the night before entering Wumeng Prairie. The area feels quite remote, as it’s in a small town, which gives it a peaceful atmosphere.
Food:
They serve a delicious breakfast, all cooked by the hotel owner couple themselves. You can even order lunch and dinner from them. I especially loved their eggplant dish!
Service:
The service was excellent. There’s no elevator since the hotel only has a few floors, but a strong young lady helped carry our luggage up to the room, which was much appreciated. When we had a car issue, the hotel owner kindly came to help us figure it out. The kindness from the Guizhou people has been a highlight of our trip.
Room:
We loved our room—it had a cozy couch and a separate sleeping area. There was no air conditioning, but it wasn’t needed as the weather inside was cool and comfortable.

GGuest UserThe itinerary was set very early, so when we arrived at Liupanshui, it was windy and rainy and foggy, and we also rushed to the Wumeng Prairie without looking back.
Because I took two children and didn't want to be too rushed, I booked a night stay on the prairie. I compared many homes. I finally chose this RV camp. On the one hand, the children have not lived in the car. On the other hand, the surrounding environment is not bad.
The RV is quite spacious, and our two big and two small are not crowded. Two large beds, a bunk bed, theoretically can accommodate up to six people.
Outside the RV is a relatively flat grassland, many cattle, sheep, and horses take a leisurely walk on the grass. Before the sun set, the rain stopped the fog. We quickly went to the grassland to stroll and punch in and take pictures.
The mutton soup pot for dinner at the RV camp restaurant, the meat is very fresh and tastes great.

Although the software is very general, the hardware definitely makes you feel that it is excellent value for money. The hotel is within walking distance of the scenic spot. It is recommended to walk for a few minutes to the Ginkgo Village Restaurant, opposite the hotel ASEAN Lake. Recommended ginkgo stewed chicken, can not finish eating can help you keep the second meal. We ate the noodles for breakfast the next day at night.
