"頭天晚上的時候跟前台聯繫，問是不是他們外機響，前台説外面沒掛外機，告知很吵後前台説叫保安去看看就沒後續了。因為窗户限位加上晚上黑，第二天才發現窗户外面掛着一排空調外機，而且外機是有異響的特別吵，晚上安靜下來整間房都是嗡嗡響，根本睡不着。反應問題的時候，全程一種無所謂不在意不重視的服務態度，而且告知了房間號，你們酒店自己的設施都不清楚嗎，還很肯定的説外面沒有空調外機。"
