"講真，酒店是新的，房間內設也乾淨，客房服務阿姨態度特別好，被套因為有油漬也給更換了，而且還解釋説其實每天都有更換，有油漬是失誤。但是，不得不吐槽幾點，首先，辦理入住和退房的兩位女性前台，態度真是不能説不好，衹能説冷漠又帶着高傲，彷彿我們不配住你們店一樣。其次，一進大廳，一股煙味還是密閉空間內什麼水汽的味道，連個像樣的香薰或精油都沒有。讓人感覺不出來是新開業的酒店，像是十年前七天那種連鎖的廉價感，地面幾乎沒有人打掃，肉眼可見的污漬。。。大廳是你們的門面，店長不知道是怎麼管理這家酒店的。店長這種水準工資4000不能再多了。。大廳進去，電梯間等公區，也是一股公寓酒店的那種臟，電梯裏面我是不敢倚靠的，然後貼的廣告也是不平整，就除了房間和客房大姐讓我感覺自己住的店還不錯，其他真是一無是處。寫出來吐槽一下，店長出來管管吧，真得好好學學別人家是怎麼管理酒店的，否則真是白瞎了這新裝修的硬件設備。服務2分，前台兩位一人扣一分。停車場也在隔壁那個路口，行李得拖着通過馬路走過來，不方便，而且打電話問上台，也不會特別温馨提醒。很冷漠。這家酒店客觀的説服務配不上它的硬件配置。店長和老闆好好提升一下服務吧"
