"Complain about the indifferent attitude of the front desk staff. When I checked in, I changed the reserved double bed into a twin bed and asked to check the reservation. I answered perfunctorily that it was a twin bed.
At noon the next day, I went to the front desk again to talk about the room type. The two staff members were expressionless. They went through a round of computer work and finally confirmed that the reservation was for a double bed room, but there was no apologies. Although it was possible to change it to a queen-size bed, I didn’t change it because I didn’t want to go through the trouble because I had a lot of luggage. This unspeakable service attitude really affects the mood of the New Year."
