Hotels in Horgos are really bad. We initially booked a designer hotel, the lobby was on the 12th floor, there was only one elevator, we didn't even wait for ten minutes, the door was under renovation, it was a mess, I checked out with my elders and came to Vienna, but they insisted on not refunding. The free check-out time was 20:00, I called at 20:30, and they still deducted 20% in the end. I can't comment on it yet, but I'll just say it here to avoid disappointment. After comparing hotels on Ctrip for a long time, I finally chose this one. The front desk lady was superb and very friendly and welcoming. He is not responsible for not refusing. And the powerful boss is not stingy, not so sloppy, easy to get along with. It's not the kind of loan to open a store in the tourist area.
