"The best part by far was that they have dryers!!! As an American living in China I've missed having soft, machine dried clothes. They have a completely free self serve laundry room. The room was clean and stocked with all necessities and the bed was nice and comfy. The staff were very nice and offered me hot tea and water everytime I was in the lobby. Its about a 20 minute walk from Huaihua South train station, but other than that the location is unremarkable. Overall I would stay at an Atour hotel in the future."

"It was a truly perfect stay. From the moment we made our reservation, they called to ask if we were traveling with children so they could arrange for their belongings to be brought to the room first. It was raining when we arrived, and the front desk lady, Jinyue, made two special trips back and forth with an umbrella. After we checked in, they helped us carry our luggage to the room. Before we could even rest, fruit arrived. They also provided mosquito repellent in the room and reminded us to close the windows in case it rained. We had a peaceful night. The next day, when we checked out, they met us and escorted us to a taxi. Finally, I left a necklace at the hotel. It wasn't expensive, but they kept it safe and mailed it to me. It was a thoughtful experience."

"So this is the weirdest hotel which I've stayed. The location is closed to the high speed train station but the only way to get to the hotel is via taxi / DiDi (equivalent to uber) as there r highways in front of the hotel. The ride only costs less than ¥10 1 way. It's located in the middle of various car show rooms and there are basically nothing else there. (There is a so called restaurant and supermarket which is on the same building) and that's it. The hotel is on top of a a car show room. Even the DiDi driver who sent me was amazed there's a hotel at such a location. Nevertheless, the room and bathroom are clean w centralised heating and everything is meeting expectations except for the location. They even threw in a welcome fruit basket for the guests. If u don't mind just staying closed to the high speed train station and in the middle of nowhere, I think its a decent place to stay in."
