Gu'an Hotels with Wifi

This is a hotel worth visiting many times. I stay here every time I bring my children to Langfang for cycling. It is also very close to Daxing Wildlife Park. The room type was upgraded for free, which is great. The breakfast is also rich and nutritious. I love it here.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. There is a shopping mall downstairs, which is convenient for eating. The environment and sanitation are OK, and the front desk check-in is also very fast. Next time I go to Gu'an, I will choose this place first.

We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

It was another pleasant weekend. It was very comfortable to sit on the small terrace, bask in the sun, drink tea and read books. The private hot springs and public venues have their own merits. There are also many choices of restaurants, and many parent-child activities have been added. The most important thing is that the service here is constantly improving. I am especially grateful to a manager named Li Dan for giving us high-quality service. From the guidance of the itinerary to the handling of details, we feel like home. The children are very happy. I am already looking forward to coming to Ruige again next time.

The room is clean and the equipment is new, which is consistent with the pictures provided by the merchant. The TV can cast the screen, which I like. The smart toilet has its own small light, so you don't have to turn on the light to dazzle people's eyes when you go there in the middle of the night, which is pretty good. The only problem is that it is not soundproof. I don't know if it's because the door is thin or the gap under the door is large. People in the corridor can talk clearly at normal volume. The sound of closing the doors of several nearby rooms is also very loud. It is very noisy from 7 o'clock. The windows are not soundproof either. Sometimes you can hear modified cars passing by at night. I don't know if it's the school opposite or somewhere else in the morning. I will let it go on a good day. The wall is not very soundproof either. The light switch is on the wall at the head of the bed. In the morning, there is a sound of pressing the switch from time to time next door, and there is also the sound of cleaning after checking out upstairs. . . On the contrary, it is quiet when everyone leaves after 9 o'clock. . . In short, it is not very friendly to people who want to sleep in in the morning.

The hotel service is good, the front desk is very enthusiastic, upgraded the room type, free parking, charging piles, underground parking, the room is clean and spacious, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, and the bed is very comfortable. The front desk introduced that it is a King Koil brand, which is very good. Overall, it is worth recommending!

I brought my kids to Gu'an for fun. It was my first time staying at Vienna Hotel. The room was very big and spacious. The decoration looked old, but it might be because of the color. The furniture and decoration were all new. The pillows and bed were too soft, and it was very uncomfortable to sleep. The room was very cold, but everything else was good. The front desk staff was also very friendly. Let's talk about the breakfast. It was terrible. When we arrived, everything was cold and there was nothing to eat. I suggest not having breakfast there. It was terrible, terrible, terrible.

It was great to stay at this hotel when I took my kids to Beijing Wildlife Park! The hotel has a beautiful environment, quiet and pleasant, and the overall facilities are very good. The room is clean and tidy, and the layout is warm and elegant. The service staff is friendly and efficient. It is very comfortable to stay here. It is a very pleasant stay experience.
