We originally booked the juiqi deluxe tub double bedroom for the night expecting the room as it was in the photos. This was not the case, the room we received had a musty smell, age was clearly visible and it was not as described in the photos. It was clear it was a room below expectations. Upon speaking with the reception staff it was said that there are better looking rooms within the juiqi type rooms similar to the photos but those were fully booked. The hotel didn’t inform us of this prior to our arrival and we were left with an inadequate room unfit for purpose. They should not have made those rooms available if they were fully booked. We expressed our concerns with the reception staff and they allowed us to view another room instead which was the lakeside tongyuan which were fit for purpose. We paid the extra difference and stayed there for the night but the experience to get to that spot wasted what should have been valuable family time. For anyone looking to stay here, as long as you get the room as described your experience will be enjoyable.

It is very close to the Geothermal Country, only 800 meters away. There are many hot springs in the Geothermal Country. I am very satisfied. This time I had a very good hot spring experience at the hotel. There are many hot spring pools and the surrounding environment is beautiful, which is very suitable for taking pictures and checking in. The temperature of the spring water is just right. Not long after I soaked in it, I felt very comfortable all over. I don’t know if it has any effect, but I can really feel the comfortable feeling after soaking in it. The scenery around the hot spring hotel is also very beautiful. Yes, the ancient trees are lush and lush, and you can especially feel the fresh and peaceful atmosphere! This is a highlight of the self-driving trip from Dali, Yunnan to Lijiang. It is highly recommended for families or couples driving from Dali to Lijiang. You can choose this hotel to rest and soak in the natural sulfur hot springs in Eryuan on the way. I wasn't feeling well this time because I had a cold, but after the run I felt tired and unwell.
Facilities: Exceeded expectations. I originally thought it was a high-end B&B, but I didn't expect it to be a hotel that the owner's family spent tens of millions of dollars to rebuild. The facilities are comparable to those of mid-to-high-end hotels. The room is also carefully equipped with many disposable utensils, including face towels and facial masks, which is considerate.
Environment: The scenery around the hotel is not good. There are mainly other hotels under construction. The entire area is under development, but it does not affect the use of the rooms. There is no noise.
Eating: The hotel has catering and breakfast, but the breakfast restaurant is quite cold in winter. I hope it will be adjusted in the future. There is a copper pot beef shop nearby. It is inconspicuous but the yak meat is outstanding.
Design: I have to say that the interior design of the hotel, from the design of the main pool, to every corner, the furnishing layout of the basement, the furniture gallery, and the anti-slip warning signs, is full of thought and design highlights, which made me feel the care and attention to detail. The hotel onwer's temperature, and emotion.
Service: The service staff are friendly and kind, but slightly lacking in professionalism, but overall they are pretty good.

There is such a big bathtub in the room. Because I arrived late, I asked the customer service to order iced milk. The price of a bottle of 5 yuan is the same as that bought on the street. I prepared watermelon myself and it was really fun to eat it while soaking in the hot spring. Customer service will contact you in advance to inform you of the exact location. recommend.

The location is right next to the passenger station. There is a big supermarket across the road downstairs. Breakfast can be full. The interior of the room is OK. There is enough hot water for dry and wet separation. There is a tatami area where you can sit by the window and drink tea to see the scenery. The front desk service on the first floor was good. The downside was that the staff at the hot spring upstairs had a black face, and someone owed her money to provoke him. The pool was covered with a thick layer of sticky and slippery things, and I don't know how long it has not been cleaned.

1. The environment is beautiful, quiet, and clean. The hotel's hardware and software deployment is very attentive, and the bedding is comfortable.
2. Each hot spring has a pool for each household, fresh geothermal water, clean, and the skin feels very comfortable after washing.
3. There is a very cute Border Collie named ”Xiao Qi” who likes to interact with tourists and is very cute.

It's not far to go to Niujie for a stroll. I took a minibus from Dali North Passenger Transport Station and got off at the Huoyanshan Hot Spring Hotel. It was just walking inside. It was easy to find. When I was soaking in the hot springs, I heard them say that the food at the hostel was also delicious. I hope that if I have the opportunity to go to the hot springs again next time, I will definitely eat the food cooked by the owner.

And the cake is full of egg and milk flavor, fresh and delicious; most importantly, this is a perfect place for a hot spring bath at home. Seeing that we were bringing our children, she upgraded us to a deluxe double bed for free. The room originally did not include breakfast, but she also let us have breakfast for free! The room is very bright and spacious, with a separate indoor pool and many outdoor pools. The water quality is quite clean and the water temperature is just right! I particularly like the steam room, it’s so comfortable after steaming. Several other ladies, watching the guests soaking in the hot spring, enthusiastically served everyone brown sugar and ginger soup, which was very considerate! I hope that with this hotel upgrade, I will have a more different and comfortable experience next time! (Suggestion: The equipment of the steam room can be upgraded, and the experience will be better)
