Good for short stay, near the airport. shuttle is available on pre-booked at the reception. Uber is more convenient to travel around. Breakfast included but they are fruits, cereal, milk, yogurt, coffee, bread waffle pancake butter and jam

It's clean and easy to find. Central location. Easy to eat Independent storage cabinet is convenient and safe. The sleeping bunk is also quiet and has a lot of personal space. It is suitable for North Americans. There is also a place to put a notebook in the bed, which is very convenient!

The service at the hotel was impeccable. We stayed on the 14th floor and enjoyed the canapés and continental breakfast which were both fantastic.

The River Rock Casino Hotel offers both convenience and entertainment. Its location is directly connected to a SkyTrain station, making it easy to get around. The swimming pool is enjoyable, although it can get a bit crowded at times. Of course, the casino is a central attraction, adding excitement to the stay. Additionally, being located next to the Richmond Night Market and close to the airport makes it an excellent choice for travelers looking to explore the area or catch an early flight.

The location is excellent as there're so many plazas, supermarkets, restaurants with hot Asian food available. They fit my appetite. Walmart, Canadian Superstore, Dollarama are all within 15-min walk. My most favourite supermarket is T&T inside Lansdowne mall which is right opposite to this hotel. The room is very spacious with kettle and microwave. There is free airport shuttle every half hour too. Very convenient. Staff helpful. Highly recommended.

It looks a bit filthy. First, the lady placed me into a room on the first floor… and you could see rats around the hotel at night. It’s not worth the price you pay because it looks a bit outdated and woken off. The pillows are not new, carpets require some cleaning. It’s ok for a short stay, but I m not sure if I ll consider staying there again.

Good hotel clean good location..! But they have a problem with air conditioning.. the rooms are too hot and they won’t fix it all they do is give you a fan . If hallways are hot. Only the reception is cooling nice for the workers. 

Second time staying in this hotel and it is very convenient for us . Room is big enough for family of 5 with laundry and full kitchen in room. Highly recommend it.

This hotel where I stayed this time was really wonderful. First of all, my first impression when I arrived was that the room was very clean and spacious! It was actually much more spacious than it looked in the photos, and there was plenty of space even when I opened my suitcase. The room was well-cleaned, and not only the floors and bathrooms, but even the tops of the shelves and corners were kept clean, so I was able to stay comfortably. What I particularly appreciated was that the room was equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Since it was a long-term stay, I knew I would need to do laundry during the stay, but it was really helpful to be able to do the washing and drying in the room without having to go outside. It was easy to operate, and I was grateful that detergent and other supplies were also available. There was also a bathtub in the bathroom, so I was able to thoroughly soothe my tired feet after walking around sightseeing. The water pressure and temperature adjustment of the shower were no problem, so I was able to use it comfortably both in the morning and at night. There aren't many rooms with bathtubs these days, so this was a really nice point. And what impressed me most of all was the kindness of the owner. He was very polite from the time I checked in, and he was kind enough to tell me about nearby recommended restaurants. They responded to our questions promptly, allowing us to stay without worry. Even small requests during our stay were readily accommodated, giving us a sense of security. Overall, we were very satisfied with the facilities and service, and this is a hotel we would definitely like to stay at again. We can confidently recommend this hotel to friends and family. The quiet, relaxing environment was a great way to fully relax after a long day of travel. Thank you so much!

It was a wonderful hotel to stay in during transit, the room was clean, today and quiet. The staff was friendly and respond to our need quickly. Airport transfer was convenient, quick, and frequent. It was a good choice with value for money.
