The hotel room is perceived as new, including a model often found in Europe, but the walls are so thin that you could hear everything that was happening in the hallway and in the surrounding rooms. In the morning, before eight o'clock, the cleaning ladies started cleaning the unoccupied rooms and paid no attention to the noise they were making, so I, being in a hotel, would have liked to have slept until at least ten, with the noise that was was going on, I couldn't go back to sleep. Anyway, great location, excellent restaurant service.

GGuest UserI have used this accommodation for more than 15 years, it has one of the best locations for my walks, bars and restaurants to walk, transit to take my city's daughter to University and Rio Preto is in the middle of the road. Each passage deteriorates the facilities and services. Shower dropping without fully closed, 24-hour noise flow lock, brush/cold shower water before 18:00, hot water torn of the broken or unused pipe for purpose, broken sanitary vase swab, rough towels, quasi transparent (old), air conditioned sticks with crepe tape, breakfast without rest, lacking cold, fruit, bread, cheese bread, fruit salads ora has ora no, Fruit refreshing sometimes has, sometimes not, juice does not exist, even the replacing coffee and milk were slow, hair dryer from the broken bathroom, borrowed 1 at the reception, imagine the women (I went with wife and daughter), they have everything to be a great hotel, but unfortunately ...
