"Overall, it's decent. The hotel itself was a bit average, and breakfast was nothing special. The location is quite remote, but the price is affordable, and getting a taxi is very convenient. Despite being by the sea, there isn't much of a view from the coast. Therefore, it's very suitable for group stays."

"I would recommend the hotel simply because of the location. The airport shuttle picks up and drops off right in front of the hotel, making transport to/from the airport very simple and very cheap. As a centrail location, with a metro stop 3 minutes away, it has all of the food/grocery options you'd need within a 5-minute walking radius. Regarding the facility, we had a suite with a kitchen and family area, which made our stay pleasant. The interior wasn't fancy and was a bit dates, but was clean and suitable. The staff were fine, but I would not say they were especially ”warm.”"

"We checked into the hotel at noon on April 28. About ten minutes after we checked in, a cleaning staff swiped the card and opened the door without knocking. After a brief communication with us, we thought that the front desk system did not track it in time, and perhaps the cleaning staff did not know that this room had been checked in, so we did not report this to the hotel front desk. Around 10:30 p.m. local time on April 29, another hotel worker appeared and swiped the card to open the door without knocking. After seeing us, he immediately closed the door and slipped away without apologizing. We promptly reported this to Ctrip and the hotel front desk. After about half an hour, the hotel staff came to apologize after checking the surveillance. I clearly stated that I would not accept the apology. After staying for two days, the door was opened every day. And at this time, we found that the door lock of our room was broken and could not be locked in the room. We called the repairman to repair the door. After dealing with these things, it was close to midnight. April 30, we checked out at around 10 a.m. When we checked out, the front desk politely asked if the stay was good for the past two days? We found that the hotel had no record of this incident. We expressed our anger, and the hotel sent staff to apologize. The conclusion given was that the cleaning staff could not speak English, but not knocking on the door and not speaking English were the problems of the hotel management team, not our responsibility as customers. The hotel staff said that the incident had already happened, and we checked out, and there was nothing they could do. I reasonably suspect that the hotel discriminates against Chinese and women. I don’t know if Asian women are too easy to talk to when they go out. The hotel did not give any solutions in person. We were in a hurry and left without continuing to argue with the hotel. Continue to feedback Ctrip, Ctrip helped to handle the complaint, and also made a complaint to Hilton’s official customer service, and the complaint is still being followed up. It is not recommended for single women or female friends in groups to stay in this hotel. Safety is not guaranteed. A very bad living experience. Ctrip’s service is very good and has been helping us deal with complaints. 🚗Using the local taxi app, we called a taxi about six or seven times from and to the hotel, and the driver could never find the correct location of the hotel. I don’t know what happened."

"Good intent from the hotel. Well sized rooms. Welcoming staff. Need to work on the details - eg better soap, softer toilet roll, keeping iron in the room, faster service, more water bottles etc."

"The location of the hotel is OK. There are buses to the old town in both directions. The Baku Eye is opposite the hotel, and the scenery is really nice. But the mountain view room the hotel arranged for me is really not good. The mountain view from the lower floor is just a pile of dirt, and there is no scenery at all. And the funniest thing is that I called them to ask if there is a drop-off service. Not only is there no Chinese service, but the staff on the other side was very rude. Later, I contacted Ctrip customer service online, and Ctrip customer service replied that I needed to write an email to them one day in advance to make a reservation. I wrote an English email seriously, but no one has replied so far. Really, this kind of service should not be named Sheraton."

"The room was nicely raised, some rooms had no windows, and it was very close to the Maiden Tower. Very convenient. Baku is very beautiful, suitable for citywalk. The view from upstairs was superb."

"We made two different reservations (2 nights + 1 night) so were given two different rooms, which made the experience completly different from one another. The first was super nice, amazing cleanliness and the room had so much light (in this case, I highly recommend this Ibis). But the second room had a terrible tobacco smell, despite having asked for a non smoking room (it was so bad it got to the point I couldn't even sleep) and just one small window. Nevertheless, both experiences had one thing in common: rude staff. It's a good hotel to go up straight to your room. My conclusion is: your experience will really depend on how lucky you are with the room they assign to you."

"I checked in at 10 o'clock on the day of check-in. The front desk staff personally took me to the room. The lady was very considerate and introduced the hotel's facilities and environment to me in detail. The bed in the room was not very comfortable because it was not flat, one side was high and the other side was low, and it collapsed. And the quilt cover was not put on properly. The restaurant upstairs has a good view, the dinner tastes good, and there are many varieties of breakfast, but most of them are sweets. I asked the staff for chili sauce separately. I stayed for four days and was generally satisfied. The location is really good, and it is a three-minute walk from the subway station!"
