Wow! What a great place to stay. This hotel seems brand new — it even smells new — but the front desk host says it just turned 3 years old. The staff does a wonderful job keeping everything clean and in tip-top condition. Speaking of the staff, they were all just great — warm, engaging, ready to help. Something that really sets this hotel apart: In addition to the standard free breakfast (nothing extraordinary about this one), the hotel also offers complimentary evening soup and/or chili in the lobby on most evenings. There's a small bar area in the lobby to grab a drink or two AND they also sell frozen pizzas in their lobby shop that (hold on to your hats!) they will bake to perfection at no additional charge. Perfect! Solid wifi connection, speedy elevators, good shower, comfy bed with plenty of pillows. Bravo!

One of the best roadside hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was unbelievably kind and there was a hot meal ready on our arrival (although we went to Canada to buy cookies). The breakfast was great and I can't say enough good things about the staff. Would definitely stay there again. Convenient to shopping and downtown.

This is a fantastic hotel! Comfy rooms, helpful staff, great pool, yummy breakfast and soup for supper. We stayed 5 nights and loved it. Can't wait to return! International Falls is a great place for exploring lakes and forests and this is the place to stay. If you are heading here, stay at AmericInn!

Staff was very rude, when I asked for a manager she was even more rude. Warning: Do no stay at this hotel! We found much better options in town. We never made it to a room and we are glad we didn't. Never again!! Next year we will be buying a camper. We are tired of dealing with hotels

I tried to check into this hotel and the lady at the desk was very rude. When I asked to speak to management she basically told me they are short staffed and to deal with it. Needless to say we didn't stay. We went to the cobblestone across town. What a delight. The staff is warm and welcoming. The hotel itself is much more classy.

I had an amazing stay at this property. There is an incredible cleanliness and overall top notch appearance of every aspect of this property including the lobby, eating area, bar, pool area and guest room which is reflective of the pride of an amazing staff that I don't often see in my hotel experiences. While taking advantage of some of the amenities such as free breakfast and soup and chili offered in the afternoon, I had the pleasure of interacting primarily with Karen, Kayla and Blaine who were friendly and welcoming and I look forward to seeing them and staying here again on my next trip to International Falls.
