This is a treasure hotel. It is rare to come across such an unforgettable hotel. The location is in Wengen, not very central like Interlaken, but the train station is not far away and can be easily reached on foot. The service staff is very enthusiastic. Because I asked to expedite the laundry, they also tried their best to help. The most important thing is that the balcony of the room looks out to the distant mountains, and the scenery is beautiful! Sitting on the balcony and watching the sun shining on the mountains and the waterfall, I can't help but feel a lot of emotions. There is such a hotel in the world. The breakfast is very rich. Recommended, recommended!

When we first entered the room, we saw corpses of mosquitoes everywhere on the wall, and there were mosquitoes flying everywhere in the room. A few of them were killed and sprayed blood. The bedside table lamp was also broken. Fortunately, after contacting the receptionist, we were allowed to change rooms. It was very convenient. It's hard to imagine how uncomfortable this night would have been if I hadn't changed rooms. After all, I spent nearly 10,000 Taiwan dollars. I shouldn't have come here to suffer. I give the lady at the counter a big thumbs up. The biggest selling point here is the heated swimming pool, which directly faces the Eiger and Grindelwald slopes. It is open from 12 to 21 o'clock. If it were not for the swimming pool, I might not choose this one due to hygiene reasons.

The triple room is a small attic, with a single bed downstairs and two single beds upstairs. There is a balcony, it is still good. There is a small playground for children to play downstairs. Not far from the train station.

Old fashioned room has no air con, needs to use the table fan provided. In addition, the window almost dropped off. Room is dark as not enough lights. Not enough electricity plugs available for charging 4 devices (phones and tablets). Beautiful river facing from the window. Conveniently located near the train station and shopping.

We booked two rooms for a family trip and asked to be arranged closer or on the same floor. In the end, we were given two floors... The room was spacious but the facilities were simple. The service attitude was excellent. They also arranged a car to take us to the train station for free before leaving. It was very close to the Dream Hill.

The hotel's facilities and services are very good! The location is also very convenient! The bus only takes 10 minutes to the Central Station. There are many restaurant options and shopping places nearby. There is a supermarket just one stop away by bus or about 700 meters walk.

The hotel itself is right at the outside of train station, and if you have alot of luggage and do not want to drag all the way to the hotel, this is your place to be. Decent breakfast but decent room size. Location location location, look no further if location is your number one choice while the hotel itself is clean and service is acceptable.

The best and most expensive hotel in the area. The room facing the Jungfrau during the peak season costs nearly 20,000 per night, which is still painful. It's my second time staying here. I made a mistake the first time and booked a suite, thinking it must face the Jungfrau, but it turned out not to be. It was an L-shaped room, half of which faced the mountain behind. So the view of the suite is definitely better than all the big beds. Later, I asked the front desk, and they told me that if I wanted to book a room facing the Jungfrau, I should remember one word: all the rooms with deluxe face the Jungfrau. I booked it correctly the second time, but I didn't communicate by email in advance, so I was given a room on the 3rd floor. I forgot whether it was 5 or 6 floors in total, so after booking, remember to ask the agent to email and reserve a room on a high floor. I think the overall cost performance is average. It's enough to experience it once. For the same price, I can book an airbnb nearby with a view 10 blocks away for a week (see the last picture)

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome, thanks to Dani and Linda. Dani gave us a very humorous introduction and provided all informations we should know about our stay. Next we were blown away by the breathtaking mountain views from this hotel. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Every room was clean and uniquely decorated with their heart (we booked 2 rooms for 4 adults). Breakfast was delicious with something special everyday not to mention the stunning view. Dani checks the weather in the morning and gave us great and helpful advise for us to plan our day. We also had a great time playing with Heidi their friendly fur baby! Will definitely stay here again!
