Truly one of the best stays we've had in 35 years of traveling together. It's unpretentious but comfortable, very quiet (except the occasional rooster or buggy), clean, and full of thoughtful touches. Breakfast was three delicious courses (including dessert, "because we're adults so we can"), savory one day and sweet (but not too sweet) the next. Everything that can sourced locally is local, which we appreciated. We stayed during the heat wave (95+ degrees outside) but the house and especially our room stayed a steady, cool 73 degrees. Our room was peaceful and private even when there were other guests nearby, the bed was comfortable, and there was a small couch as well. We had exactly as much privacy as we wanted. Breakfast the first morning was fairly quiet, since all the guests had just arrived and we were all shy; but the second morning we had a fun conversation with other guests and the hosts. The third morning we were the only guests, so we lingered with the hosts and their lovely daughter, just chatting for another hour or more. It was the best part of the visit - that, and being greeted each day by the resident barn cat, Runt. The B&B is in the countryside, about 20 minutes outside of Lancaster, so we did have to drive to get where we wanted to go. But we're very glad we chose that over several noisier, more central but less interesting locations. We'll be back!

Nous avons adoré. L’endroit est parfait, tranquille, propre et décoré avec goût. Les hôtes sont charmants, chaleureux, attentionnés et serviables. Les déjeuners sont excellents. Bref tout est parfait.

Our stay at the in was enjoyable and satisfying. The location was superb as it. Lay in the midst of beautiful and picturesque farm country. The inn itself was beautiful and well appointed. Our room was comfortable and homey. Our hosts were welcoming and ever helpful, providing two lovely and delicious breakfasts with our fellow guests. A superb holiday for my wife and I. Can not recommend this inn more or give higher praise.

Fabulous weekend at the B&B. The innkeepers are excellent hosts. Breakfast each morning was amazing. Mattresses were recently replaced, therefor a great night’s sleep by all. Would highly recommend to anyone going to the area! Can’t wait to go back.

My husband and I have been to this B&B for a number of visits always to visit the sight and sound theatre. Tho this was our first time with new innkeepers Erica and Christopher. First I will say thank you to the previous innkeepers who allowed the new innkeepers to pick this house as a new chapter in their lives. We love this house because it’s historical and also because it’s very relaxing sitting outside with a kureg coffee and biscotti( provided ) while watching the Amish buggies and relaxing while reading a book. We always choose the burgundy room for its on suite and it’s TV. Top floor 3 rd so stairs are only access. What we appreciated the USB. Ports for chatting and I suggest that each bedside table have one. Although the TV was small we appreciated that they now have Roku tv and YouTube live tv. Room was comfortable. Bathroom had all the amenities you would need. Large king size bed. I loved that they had laundry bags for us to store dirty Laundry. The great innkeepers were Erica and Chris where willing to provide us with anything we required Breakfast was created by Erica a gourmet cook and we especially enjoyed that the hosts joined us for coffee. We came as guests. We left as friends.

Wonderful stay as usual. We stay here twice a year. Beautiful Inn and a beautiful setting. So relaxing. Love when the cow walks by with her baby. The owners are very nice and accommodating. There is a lot to do in the area. Kettle Village is great. Can't wait to go back.

The new owners/innkeepers, Christopher and Erica, made us feel right at home. We’ve stayed at Osceola Inn many times and with the new owners we noticed welcomed changes such as locks on doors, new bed mattresses (very comfortable), updated entry pad, and more period-time furnishings. Two people in my family have dietary restrictions and Erica was thoughtful enough to take this into consideration when preparing our delicious breakfasts. I highly recommend to anyone who is planning a trip to this area to stay here. You will not be disappointed! We’ve already booked our next stay here!

One of , if not the best, B&B that we have stayed at in a long time. The hosts were attentive to our every need. The home and room were beautiful and so authentic. Hearing the trotting horses and the iron wheels of the Amish buggies riding by was truly a treat. Breakfast was incredible and the location was perfect.
