Generally speaking, a decent w hotel, with very friendly staff that is willing to help. On the negative side, the hotel is literały located on the university campus- which results in a lot of noise especially in the evening. Next door to the hotel is a popular pub where students are parting every day into wee hours. Lots of laud conversations especially after the drinking. My room was facing the pub and even though I was on the 3rd floor , I couldn’t sleep without earplugs. Another thing to know is that a steakhouse is attached to the restaurant - nice place but rather expensive. 12 to 15 min walk to the train station. Numerous bars and pubs in the immediate area, typically crowded in the evening, and people drinking along the side walk that is narrow.

Классический двухместный номер. Номер чистый, комфортный, но мне не хватало в открытом доступе зеркала в комнате чтоб наносить макияж. Также была удивлена отсутствию холодильника. Ключ дали один на двоих человек, что тоже неудобно, вызывало дискомфорт. Есть чайник и чай. Гостиница расположена в центре всех достопримечательностей, очень удобно. Есть ньюансы, но рекомендую.

The hotel has an excellent location in Innsbruck. Everything is very easy to reach on foot or by public transport. The reception staff are super friendly, attentive and helpful. However, the breakfast area and the service staff there are in for criticism. On Sunday, an hour before the end of the breakfast buffet, the place was completely empty. Not only were there no service staff, there were no food items either. There was no bread left, no toast, only 3 rolls, no Danish pastries or croissants. There were no vegetables such as cucumbers, peppers etc. There was only one jam and honey and packaged Nutella. The rest of the jam was gone. Egg dishes and the like were available, but cold. On top of that, the service staff at breakfast were grumpy and unfriendly. The young ladies were audibly arguing in the open kitchen area and cursing the guests. Guests' requests for bread, cheese etc. were dismissed with ”we don't have any, it's sold out”. The inappropriately unpleasant tone and the inability to accept negative feedback from customers made the atmosphere very unpleasant. Overall, the breakfast for a 4* hotel with quite substantial room prices can only be rated as unsatisfactory. The shower in the room also had to be complained about because the shower head was heavily calcified and almost no water came out. The caretaker replaced it well. Only the hose was too short to use the wall bracket. So you had to shower by hand in the sloping roof. Hotel room no. 503 was beautiful and appropriately spacious for a deluxe room. With a small balcony (very nice) at the back and a wonderful view of the Nordkette.

It is about a 10-minute walk from the old town. The rooms are larger than those in the city. Opposite the hotel is the cable car station of the ski resort. There is also a Spar supermarket next to it, which is very convenient. It is also a short walk to the Royal Palace, the Golden Roof and St. Jacobs Cathedral. The lobby is very high-end, but there is no air conditioning, so it's a bit cold at night. The door, decoration and quilt of the room seem to be more than ten years old. The door must be locked from the inside with a key, otherwise it will be pushed open from the outside. We were disturbed by other guests opening the door directly. If you only stay for a day, the location is convenient. But it is very cold in winter.

Room was very clean and bed was comfortable! Fantastic location,just 1 min walk from the centre that has lots of cafes and shops.Breakfast spread was fantastic and gym and sauna were amazing! Beautiful view of the top of Innsbruck!

Hotel was great for a short sightseeing trip. It is located slightly out of the main city hub. If you're walking there, it is slightly uphill but nothing too drastic and accessible by bus. Really appreciated the breakfast each morning and they packed us a take away breakfast pack when we had to do an early checkout before breakfast was normally being served.

The hotel is in a great location with easy parking and a bus stop in the back.The service in the lobby is very good and you can get detailed tour guides.And most importantly!The view outside the window is pleasant.

Love this hotel! Extended my stay. The front desk has been nice and informative as I was trying to learn snowboard. And they recommended place for rental of gear just 1 min walk away. Room is spacious and friendly staff! Location is near old town and easily walkable to anywhere.

Great location, 8 mins walk to train station and front desk was really nice and helpful. Room was a bit too small and the ceiling was too low even for me (standing at 5 ft) for the 2 storey we booked so I kept bumping my head. Other than that, everything else is great!
