Hotel heeft een prachtig zwembad. Binnen en buiten zwembad. Schoon en dat is perfect! Het eten is lekker maar het is jammer dat de kinderen weinig keuze hebben Elke avond. Waardoor er veel weg gegooid moet worden. Veel goedkope pasta of rijst. De keuze voor volwassenen is beter en wel lekker. De lunch ook en meeneem pakket met broodjes is ook super goed. Het parkeren is alleen een vreselijk nadeel van dit hotel!! Veel te weinig parkeerplaatsen! En je moet dik 10 minuten lopen voor een openbare parking. Niet fijn voor als je je dure ski’s en snowboard spullen op het dak hebt zitten! Dat is zwaar onvoldoende!

Wohlverdiente 5 Sterne in allen Kategorien. Wir haben hier im Bon Alpina 10 Tage Urlaub gemacht. Die Lage ist Top und es gibt mehr als genug zu erleben. Das Hotel hat alles was wir benötigt haben. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen hat uns begeistert und wir wurden täglich aufs neue überrascht. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team des Hotel Bon Alpina. Alle waren ausnahmslos überaus Freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank, wir wollen wieder kommen.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are a bit dated but clean. The beds are comfy and the bathrooms are upgraded. The breakfast has good variety and the dinners are pretty good (buffet and set menu). Indoor and outdoor pools and sauna. Parking is difficult if you come back late at night. Overall this is great value and a great location to explore Tirol. I really enjoyed walking the village and even hiked high up to a chapel known as HeiligWasser one morning with fantastic views all around. The team was very helpful and accomodating for allergies, for room selection and generally went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I wish we had stayed another night or two...next time.

Ottimo hotel con camere spaziose e personale gentilissimo, siamo arrivati tardi ed il ristorante stava chiudendo ma ci hanno preparato 2 insalate miste e 2 dolci da portare in camera e non ci hanno fatto pagare la consumazione per scusarsi di non averci aspettato! Abbiamo davvero apprezzato questa gentilezza! Inoltre la mattina a colazione, il ragazzo del ristorante ci ha chiesto se fosse andato tutto bene con la cena offerta! L’hotel offre un comodo parcheggio ed accetta i cani, noi abbiamo pernottato con i nostri 2 jack russell. Al prossimo passaggio da Innsbruck ci fermeremo sicuramente qui.

Personal on the bar are far from friendly. This madame don't speak English, only German or Romanian. If you want to get you all in drunk, you are nothing. All in coffee or tea empty, no one care. Asked to full it... no one responsible. One person sent to another. Go, look for some service... there. Thx. I don't ask much. I get it's small. But those little things that announced ppl should just get without a problem. Disappointed.

Une semaine en famille (2 adultes et 2 ados de 15 et 11 ans) fin avril 2024. En all in. Rapport qualité prix imbattable car avec Tui, les enfants sont gratuits jusque 16 ans. Bel hôtel familial 3 étoiles. Vaste chambre familiale. Propreté impeccable. Idealement situé à Igls, très joli petit village à 10 minutes d Innsbruck en bus (gratuit) ou en voiture. Personnel à l accueil et au restaurant très serviable et souriant. Nourriture autrichienne très correcte. Quelques couacs parfois... mais on se rattrape au prochain repas. Piscine intérieure et extérieure, sauna, salle de jeux. Parking aisé.

Ich war drei Nächte mit Frühstück in diesem netten Hotel. Sehr gute Lage und Bushaltestelle vor der Haustüre. Das gesamte Personal war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf meine Fragen und Anliegen wurde sehr nett eingegangen. Ich bekam ein tolles Doppelzimmer für mich alleine mit sehr grossem Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und genügend Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Der Innenpool und der Aussenpool war für mich das Highlight. Sehr sauber und fein warmes Wasser. Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti all’hotel bona alpina e siamo state benissimo. La spa inclusa è una risorsa nelle giornate fredde e umide. I pasti sono stati di buona qualità. Abbiamo apprezzato l’abbondanza della colazione. Camere accoglienti, personale molto presente e gentilissimo. Sempre disponibili per ogni evenienza, eravamo senza presa tedesca per caricare il telefono e ci hanno subito trovato una soluzione. Consigliato !
