Best kept secret. I loved the location of this hotel. Great views. First time visitor to Austria. Spacious rooms. Odd lift. Great views from rooms. Loved the food ( evening meal and breakfast). Great customer service for a tired group arriving late. Hints : * book evening meal * book breakfast * ask at desk for help

Hotel has a beautiful pool. Indoor and outdoor pool. Clean and that's perfect! The food is tasty but it's a shame that the children have little choice Every evening. Which means a lot has to be thrown away. Lots of cheap pasta or rice. The choice for adults is better and tasty. The lunch too and take-away package with sandwiches is also super good. The parking is only a terrible disadvantage of this hotel!! Far too few parking spaces! And you have to walk a good 10 minutes for a public parking. Not nice if you have your expensive skis and snowboard stuff on the roof! That is seriously insufficient!

Well-deserved 5 stars in all categories. We spent 10 days here at the Bon Alpina. The location is top-notch and there is more than enough to experience. The hotel has everything we needed. We were delighted with the breakfast and dinner and were surprised every day. Many thanks to the whole team at the Hotel Bon Alpina. Everyone was, without exception, extremely friendly and accommodating. Thank you very much, we want to come back again.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are a bit dated but clean. The beds are comfy and the bathrooms are upgraded. The breakfast has good variety and the dinners are pretty good (buffet and set menu). Indoor and outdoor pools and sauna. Parking is difficult if you come back late at night. Overall this is great value and a great location to explore Tirol. I really enjoyed walking the village and even hiked high up to a chapel known as HeiligWasser one morning with fantastic views all around. The team was very helpful and accomodating for allergies, for room selection and generally went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I wish we had stayed another night or two...next time.

Great hotel with spacious rooms and very kind staff, we arrived late and the restaurant was closing but they prepared 2 mixed salads and 2 desserts to take to the room and they didn't charge us for the drink to apologize for not having waited for us! We really appreciated this kindness! Also in the morning at breakfast, the boy from the restaurant asked us if everything had gone well with the dinner offered! The hotel offers a convenient parking and accepts dogs, we stayed overnight with our 2 Jack Russells. On our next passage from Innsbruck we will definitely stop here.

Personal on the bar are far from friendly. This madame don't speak English, only German or Romanian. If you want to get you all in drunk, you are nothing. All in coffee or tea empty, no one care. Asked to full it... no one responsible. One person sent to another. Go, look for some service... there. Thx. I don't ask much. I get it's small. But those little things that announced ppl should just get without a problem. Disappointed.
