Sehr gute Lage, groß genug- mehr als genug, gut ausgestattete Küche, gutes Parkplatz. Supermarket, Bäckerei in der Nähe, Bus Haltestelle vor dem Haus. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Strong cigarette smell made for poor sleep
The place would actually be great if not for the very strong smell of cigarette smoke. It made me feel ill so I didn’t sleep well all week. I was in the single room (I think they only have one of those) and it was only inside my actual room that it smelled. Not everyone is as sensitive as me, but to me it smelled like a bar before new laws against indoor public smoking. When I told the owners this, they actually said “no one has ever complained about this before and our cleaning person doesn’t smoke.” In effect telling me I was imagining it, which was pretty rude and dismissive. If you are sensitive to it like I am, don’t stay here. It’s really powerful. Otherwise, it was clean and served me well. There’s a coffee pot and electric kettle and dishes including a knife and cutting board, so I could make breakfast and pack a lunch.

Excellent location close to the skiing and the old town. Bus stop right outside but a very doable walk for able bodied...extremely comfortable accommodation...stayed 3 nights with the family...would 100% rebook.

What a wonderful stay at Farbtoph apartment in Innsbruck. It was lovely and spacious with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The owners Sabine and her husband had thought of every little detail and it was very well equipped to make meals and relax in a very inviting space. The location is convenient for the town with it only being a 10 min walk to the river and the main streets. There is a shop within a few minutes walk and a bakery a few doors down as well as a cafe and pharmacy. It was delightful to wake up to the church bells ringing every morning from the church across the road. Check in and check out was contactless and very convenient, and when booking direct free parking was included. We had a wonderful stay and would very much like to visit again one day in the future.

Everything was good, as described, clean, good communication and parking is a plus as is the veranda. The bed was not the most comfortable but it was OK, The only small problem is at the WIFI level, only one person could have access to it

Das Gastgeberpaar und das gesamte Team sind sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend und steht auch bei Fragen sofort hilfsbereit zur Verfügung. Die gesamte Kommunikation bei der Buchung und vor der Anreise ist perfekt organisiert und lässt keine Fragen offen. Der Selbst-Checkin und -Checkout funktioniert problemlos. Das Appartment (wir waren im "Farbtopf") ist für vier Personen sehr geräumig, bietet viel Stauraum und ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Lage in der Innenstadt ist perfekt: man wohnt "auf der anderen" Inn-Seite in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet - ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Marktplatz. Wem der Weg zu hügelig ist (ja, Innsbruck liegt in den Alpen!), der kann den Bus nehmen, der direkt vor der Haustür abfährt. Wenn wir Innsbruck nochmal besuchen (eine tolle Stadt, by the way), werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder bei der Absteige anfragen. :-)

Very friendly and helpful staff, spacious and great location next to the bus stop and a small bakery and very close to a supermarket. Lovely views from the enclosed balcony. Our kids enjoyed staying in the bunk bed. We loved it and had a great time!

We stayed for a week and were very impressed with this accommodation.Not only for it’s excellent location with a bakery,supermarket and bus stops so close.But also for it’s easy access to the busy town centre. The apartment itself was very well presented and had everything we needed for our stay.A nice touch was the welcoming bottle of fizz,fruit and coffee. We loved the whole ambiance of the apartment and felt at home immediately.Massive bonus was the huge balcony with the views of the Nordkette mountain range(when not cloudy).So much so that we had breakfast on it every morning and likewise very evening when we ate it. Staff were very friendly and lots of information provided,not only on the apartment itself,but local tourist information too. Highly recommend it and we’ll definitely be back again.
