I went to this hotel with my wife on a honeymoon with my wife , service was really good , staff very gentle , the location of the hotel is extraordinary in the historic center of the city, easy parking under the hotel , the one thing that was not good was the WiFi which relatively weak and sometimes would not even connect

Esse hotel me surpreendeu muito positivamente. Muito bem localizado, com estacionamento publico acessível por elevador, bom serviço de recepção, quarto muito bom e um CAFÉ DA MANHÃ que tem q ser escrito em maiúsculas pq é sensacional…já fiquei em muitos hotéis mas nunca vi um café da manhã como esse

The PENZ seemed like one of the nicest hotels in Innsbruck and why we booked it, but compared to the other 4 and 5 star hotels during our recent Europe visit, it was just okay. The rooms are very small, the towels are thin and scratchy. The bed was not very comfortable. Our rooms AC was broken, so we had to sleep with the window open and it was very loud. We traveled with our 1 year old, and requested a pack and play in the room before we arrived, at check in I asked if it was in the room and they said yes it had already been taken care of. However, when we got in our room, it was not there and had to call to request it. They don’t do laundry service on the weekend nor could they tell me where a local laundry mat was. It was just an okay hotel and experience.

Our stay at The Penz was fabulous. The location, the staff, our room, the amazing buffet breakfast, it all exceeded our expectations. This property is perfectly located for exploring all of old town Innsbruck, you literally can walk to all the major points of interest. The hotel staff recommended great restaurants nearby, The Piano Bar restaurant a favorite.

Ubicación del hotel muy bien comunicado con el centro y lugares de interés. Zona de la ciudad buena y muy tranquila. Desayuno excelente por la variedad de frutas exóticas que me encontré y por todas las demás opciones de tartas, mermeladas, panes... como nunca he tenido en los buenos hoteles que suelo visitar. Personal muy amable y en buena actitud. Lo único que la habitación ha sido muy calurosa en la noche, teniendo que dormir con ventana abierta y aire PARA REFRESCARLA lo sorprendente es que estamos a mediados de abril.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, das Zimmer ist sehr schön und groß. Praktisch ist auch die öffentliche Tiefgarage die direkt mit dem Hotel verbunden ist. Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich gut und was herausragend ist, das ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Es wird das benutzte Geschirr sofort abgeräumt, es wird nachgefragt ob man noch einen Kaffee möchte…und alles passiert mit einem freundlichen Lächeln. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl und rundum gut versorgt. Von mir gibt es 12 von 10 Sternen 😉
