Total surprise. Good location (near the train station and a nice walk or tram ride to the old town with a park right out front for kids to run around). Unassuming building and lobby (with a fun game table my kids really enjoyed) and a very tasty elegant breakfast. But the rooms are what we loved the most. Spacious, Scandinavian/natural design with really comfy beds.

Made use of very nice small studio. Teabags and coffee cups for one day provided. Location next to large park, close to train station and about 10 min walk to city centre. If staying longer than one day, parking hotel available (but costs 20 euro); otherwise park on street (no more than 3 hrs allowed during payable hours).

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti, la stanza era pulita ed accogliente e il letto molto comodo. Abbiamo usufruito dell'eccellente colazione internazionale inclusa nella nostra offerta ed essendoci trovate molto bene abbiamo deciso di provare anche il ristorante dell'hotel, un'esperienza altrettanto piacevole (le super posizioni non ti lasceranno certamente affamato). Lo staff dell'hotel è sempre stato cortese e disponibile nonostante non parlassimo tedesco e comunicassimo in inglese. Molto apprezzata la Welcome Card inclusa con qualsiasi soggiorno di 2 o più notti che consentiva di utilizzare gratuitamente i mezzi pubblici della città: sia il pullman che ci ha condotto al Castello di Ambras, che il tram di cui ci siamo servite in serata per tornare all'hotel sono stati puntuali ed efficienti. (Unico appunto: la stanza non era dotata di mini frigo che, date le afose giornate, sarebbe stato utile per rinfrescare l'acqua).

Check-in at this boutique hotel was a breeze. We booked two rooms: an "apartment" with no views and a double room with stunning mountain views. The views from the hotel are breathtaking, and the location in this charming small town adds to its appeal. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the showers were excellent. Breakfast was a highlight, beautifully served with high-end produce and exceptional service. Overall, it was a delightful stay in a lovely boutique hotel.

Als 4-köpfige Familie hatten wir das Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp auf der Durchreise nach Italien gebucht. Wir bekamen zwei Doppelzimmer mit Verbindungstür. Im Vorfeld hatten wir einen Parkplatz dazugebucht, was vielleicht nicht unbedingt nötig gewesen wäre (es gab auch Parkplätze im Umfeld), für uns mit voll beladenem Auto, Dachkoffer etc. war es auch die sicherste Variante. Das Hotel war gut zu finden. Im gesamten Hotel herrschte Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Im Eingangsbreich fand man bei Bedarf Kartenmaterial etc. Der Fußweg in die Innenstadt war kurz. Die Sauna wurde gern von uns genutzt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker.
