I rated the review 'good' because I was able to enjoy very few of the services. The hotel was really just for an overnight stay. :-)
The central location was fantastic, the service was clean and friendly, and the amenities were very good for my needs. I would like to emphasize that my request regarding parking was answered very quickly and clearly. PS: I've already booked for next year. :-)

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and were very satisfied and would come back anytime.
The rooms are clean, the breakfast is varied and delicious, and the amenities (including a pool, sauna, etc.) are very good.
The hotel is very centrally located, yet not far from the sights.
Checking out at 11:00 a.m. is, of course, very nice, and you can still enjoy the pool – it was fantastic!

Easily accessible, modern hotel in the city center (no experience with cars), with everything useful within a short walk. Extremely friendly staff, unfortunately some only speak English.
Clean, modern, and stylish rooms, unfortunately, a lot of carpeting.
The breakfast was generous and there was something for everyone.
It has its own small wellness area with a sauna and steam room, as well as a small pool. You can also use the adjacent gym for free.
I would recommend it to anyone if the price was reasonable.

4pm check-in and 11am check-out is ridiculous. Rude receptionist, even after we showed her the confirmation that check-in time was confirmed at 3pm, she refused to acknowledge it and said that they changed the hotel policy recently and that is not her problem, we should contact our travel agent. I asked her to check whether the room might be ready, but she refused.
Overall the experience was not pleasant and the room was dusty. For the price, there is better options.

It's about 5 minutes away from the Golden Roof and Beilian Mountain. But it's a little far from the station, about 15 minutes away.
The hotel is good overall, and the breakfast is just okay. It has everything you need. Bread, scrambled eggs, salmon, bacon, sliced ham, but there are no special dishes.
There is a kettle in the room, but no USB charging socket. I didn't take pictures of the hotel. Here are some pictures of Beilian Mountain

The hotel itself was luxurious, with beautifully designed interiors and a high-end feel. The location was average—not too far, but not very convenient either.
Service was a bit mixed. One staff member wasn’t very welcoming, which left a poor first impression. However, another staff member was fantastic and went out of their way to help us book a taxi when we were running late for our train trip—truly a lifesaver!
The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of delicious options that added to the overall experience. Despite some minor hiccups, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

We travel to Innsbruck at least one a year and this is our go-to spot—the location is amazing (close to everything, but not noisy), included breakfast is great, staff are friendly and helpful. Our favorite feature is having access to the excellent Base 5 gym that's right next door to the property, a great complement to the hotel pool & sauna! We'll be back, frequently.

The room leaves a lot to be desired for a 4 star hotel, there was supposed to be a queen size bed, but there was a standard couch, the lady at the reception, after showing a photo, stated that it was the right size, the worst was the unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, but everything is saved by the great location and great breakfast.
