Gorgeous hotel with perfect location. It had all the amenities listed and attractions were just 5-7minutes by walk. View of the mountains were breathtaking. Staff were cordial and welcoming. Clean rooms and good food at the cafe. We left the luggage in the store room as we could explore the old town before we boarded the flight. I would recommend hotel central as one of the best to stay for couples or families.

The hotel has a history, and the cafe is historic in Innsbruck, although I didn't have time to have a cup of coffee. The room was clean, and the door was opened with an antique key, which was a fresh experience.

The service was perfect, as always. The food in the attached café is excellent. Minor flaws in the furnishings (the lack of a bidet and impractical designer fixtures in the bathroom) prevent the hotel from receiving the highest rating.
