"I recently booked this hotel to send my children to Smith College for summer school. I didn't expect that the room was extremely small, and the second floor can only be reached by stairs. There is no elevator, so I had to carry such heavy luggage up the stairs. On the second day, no one cleaned up. When I told the front desk, he said that the cleaning person had left. I asked to at least change the towels. This request was still met. It turns out that the cleaning person is not exclusive to the hotel. . There is also very little variety in breakfast. The front desk is not staffed 24 hours a day. When I came back to pick up the kids, I changed hotels."
