If you have a heavy suitcase and stay at the highest floor, it may be a problem. Overall it was a good stay for a night."

"The hotel is comfortable and the location is also good, although at the beginning it is a little difficult to find, however, this is relatively close to Furong Ancient Town. The hotel has a 24-hour lift and reception service, that's very good because you can stay to late in the tourist area. It is also easy to find a taxi from there.
I think it's the perfect middle point between the tourist area and the train station. Each room has its small WiFi module. In the photos the bathroom appears as Western, but it's actually Chinese style.
Finally, the owner and owner of the hotel are extremely friendly, if you have any problems are careful to solve it."

"Free pick-up: The boss picks up for free, arrives at 9:30 in the evening, and the boss picks up in time. I also helped a lot when I left the store the next day. It was difficult to take a taxi online here. There were a lot of people at the bus station who were out of the car. It took time to pull the luggage and walk there. Thanks to the boss for sending it.
Facilities: The hotel is decorated in a beautiful atmosphere and has characteristics.
Hygiene: clean and hygienic.
Service: timely communication, thoughtful service, the boss is enthusiastic ❤️.

GGuest UserOur experience was wonderful. People running this hotel are amazing, super kind, always helpful. I am Italian and I don’t speak chinese but with the translator we could communicate perfectly with them. The room was amazing, new and clean with a wonderful view of the village and river (we had booked a balcony room). At night it’s stunning! The bed was comfortable and wide. They have the elevator which is great and they are just 150 meters (2 mins) from the entrance gate of the ancient town. They provided a free shuttle from the railway station and helped us to obtain the tickets for the ancient town from our online reservations. It was very how during our stay and the air con was perfect in the room, they provided fresh water bottles everyday. Breakfast was chinese and super yummy (the best wonton in my life), they also have coffee, some backed cakes and toast bread. I really suggest to stay in this place!

due to late checkout 2pm. I would like to thank the Lady at the front desk She was warm and caring
even though she couldn't speak English. I thoroughly enjoyed the biscuits that was mixed in with the bowl of fruit upon our arrival and asked her where I could purchase, some???, she gave me a bagful of it 😘😋❤️ with the sweetest peach I've ever had. Thank you Beautiful Lady Highly Recommend

GGuest UserThe room looks exactly like the picture. The AC was blasting cold which was perfect for the hot summer weather. Amazing view from the balcony. Great location as it’s a few minutes walk (3-5min) from the hotspots of furong ancient town. The staff provided us with tips and recommendations of the performances and as well as a map. Despite the hotel not having any elevator, the staff helped us bring our luggage to our room (up and down the stairs) as well as from the drop off point. I really liked their free pickup service from the station, very convenient since they later help you drag your luggage to the hotel (the roads are very bumpy). There’s a bit of walk from the entrance of the furong scenic area (4-5min) so I recommend using their drop off service too since they will also help you bring your luggage directly to the car. It’s 20 yuan compared to DiDi which was around 13 yuan (save you the headache of having to drag your luggage around the uneven road).

GGuest UserGreat place to stay in Furong Town! I’m not a fan of “inn-style” rooms so it was really nice to find a hotel in the town where the rooms were modern, clean and huge. I was picked up and dropped off at the train station and they even brought me some amazing noodles in the morning for breakfast before my early flight. It’s in a really great location too making it easy to get to and from it. I didn’t choose a couple other options bc I had two pieces of luggage and I didn’t want to haul them up/down tons of steps in town. Found a nice restaurant on the other side of the river with amazing views of the waterfall for pictures and videos. And then I got to sleep peacefully at the hotel. (Also, the rooms have a face recognition software which I thought was super cool. As well as the smart projector and assistant in the room) definitely recommend!

GGuest UserThe host was incredibly welcoming, proactively asking if we needed a pick-up from the station, and was quick to respond to our every need. The local stir-fried cured pork and sausage were delicious, and the sweet rice wine, in particular, left an unforgettable aftertaste. The view from our window was also quite beautiful. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves!

It can be reached by car in a few minutes near the east gate entrance of the scenic area, 800 meters away from Wulingyuan Bus Station, 800 meters away from Charming Xiangxi Theater, and 10 minutes away on foot. It is very convenient for travel. There is a pedestrian street at the entrance of the hotel, and there are special restaurants around. There are also night markets, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, fruit stores, shopping malls, specialty stores, clothing stores, barber shops, etc. nearby, which are very convenient for shopping and dining. 2. Brand new facilities and equipment: The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with advanced bathrooms and sufficient hot water. The quilts are very warm and comfortable to sleep. 3. Clean and comfortable: Clean the room and change toiletries in time every day. 4. Intimate and thoughtful service: The proprietress is an English teacher. She kindly and patiently took me to visit the hotel room, made a free travel guide for me and bought discounted tickets for the scenic area, invited me to lunch and dinner, provided free fruit and free breakfast, cared about my travel on the way every day, and greeted, communicated and gave me directions in English from time to time. Thanks to the enthusiastic help and thoughtful service of the boss lady, my trip to Zhangjiajie was very happy and smooth. If you are a foreigner traveling to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park like me, I recommend staying at Xifu Bay Resort Hotel.

JJane ElizabethThe room was great on the ground floor and a great view of the bridge. We only stayed one night so it all passed quite quickly but we were dropped back at the station by the hotel.
Be sure to buy your tickets for entry to the scenic area before you arrived - you can get them on trip.com before the online booking closes at 3.30pm. We hadn’t booked ours but we managed to get them at the station when we arrived, . Luckily it was still open otherwise I’m not sure what would have happened- they check the tickets all the time in the village.

GGuest UserThe person we interacted with during our stay was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming — he made us feel at ease right away. He was also very helpful and even offered to reserve the entrance tickets to the city for us in advance, which saved us time and stress.
The rooms were very well designed — clean, modern, and spacious, with a beautiful view overlooking the city.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

GGuest UserThe hotel was lovely and the most beautiful view in the town. The best hotel location in Furong and the waterfall helps you sleep peacefully at night. The hotel is at the bottom of stairs however this is not a worry as the staff kindly helped us carry bags down. And back up to the entrance and called a taxi for us. The room was clean and came with slippers and toothbrushes. The hotel is peaceful but a 1 minute walk from lots of restaurants and stores. We want to thank the hotel for a lovely stay and would recommend

SSorinGThe location is just in the scenic area, view is incredible. The location is actually you are paying for, so expect the average on anything else.
The staff is ok, no english but the apps will do.
Breakfast is asian and quite basic.
Be warned that the cars taxis have no access inside the scenic area. The road from the drop point (scenic area gate) till hotel is rocky, paved with irregular stones, it’s a pita dragging the luggage, so come with a light one :))
At midnight everything shuts down, including the lights, so make sure you’re doing your night shots by then.
