Der Aufenthalt war wieder sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist zweckmäßig smart aber völlig ausreichend ausgestattet. Genau unseren Bedürfnissen entsprechend. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr professionell, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, so wie das ganze Haus selbst auch. Wir kommen gern wieder!

The rooms look nice, but check-in is such a hassle. It was very unclear, five other sets of guests had to help us with the check-in process opening the doors, and the only reason they knew how it worked was because other guests had explained it to them. None of the information is very clear. Whether or not the doors would open with the codes was unreliable, sometimes it would and other times it wouldn't. I'm all for living life a little risky but it's not fun to be locked out having to wait until another guests happens to open the door from the inside. Customer service was entirely unavailable, when we called we either got an answering bot that would not answer our questions and refuse to connect us to a real person, or we would get a message that customer service was temporarily unavailable. We heard the same from every other guest we met. I would not recommend this hotel, despite the nice rooms!

L'hotel è moderno, pulito, accogliente e ha tutto il necessario tranne un climatizzatore. Però anche qui abbiamo avuto problemi con l'accesso digitale. Una delle 2 stanze risultava pagata e poco dopo l'orario del check in è arrivato il pin. L'altra erroneamente risultava non pagata e il pin non arrivava, allora abbiamo chiamato Booking che ha contattato la gestione dell'hotel e ci ha risolto il problema. Comunque sto imparando che queste procedure per gli accessi digitali portano a una serie di complicazioni e bisogna essere fortunati che tutto vada per il verso giusto. Anche se è posizionato fuori mano ci sono dei negozi vicinissimi.

Auf der Durchreise hatten wir eine tolle Zwischenübernachtung. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert, das Auto wurde vor dem Hotel günstig geladen. Tolles digitales Hotel, sauber und neu eingerichtet. Zudem war es sehr günstig und bot morgens einen Bäcker im Haus, so dass man schnell noch frühstücken konnte.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Austria. We completed the checkin one day before arrival. This went very smoothly. The hotelroom was clean and looked new. The bed & shower is very comfortable. The reception was unattended. This was no issue for us. Unfortunately no a/c. There is a nice bakery next door. Petrol station & fast food around the corner. Plenty of free parking spaces (at no charge!) in front of the building. Close to the highway. For us: really good value.

Struttura e camere nuove, arredamento gradevole con dettagli curati, letto comodo, enorme TV, bagno grande e comodo. Tutto pulitissimo anche la moquette. Comoda l'entrata con serratura a codice. Posizione perfetta vicina all'autostrada con Burger King e pasticceria/bar a un passo dall'albergo. Parcheggio ampio e comodo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Gentile e competente il ragazzo alla reception ma si può fare il check-in anche su macchinetta digitale. Non ho da segnalare difetti o disagi.
