It's really hard to comment. I booked two Jetwing and two heritage hotels in Sri Lanka. The prices were comparable, but Jetwing ruined my mood. It was not at the same level as the heritage hotel. Like the Jetwing in Negombo, the shower room in the room cannot take a shower for more than 2 minutes continuously. It's not that the sewer is blocked, but there is no slope on the ground. The water in the pool can't go down at all, and it smells bad. You have to wash and stop, otherwise the water will flood. The trash can in the toilet falls over when you step on it, and you have to flip the lid by hand. The bottle of shower gel is broken and can't be squeezed out. The pillow on the bed is yellow, and one yellow and one white should not be washed out. I didn't want to bother the hotel to clean it after staying for two nights. I just wanted to ask the housekeeping department to change the towels, but no one answered the hotel phone for two days. The breakfast buffet opens at 7 o'clock. When I arrived at the restaurant at 7:15 every day, about half of the hot dishes were not ready, and they were still not served when I left at 7:30. 80% of the hotel employees will not pay attention to you, ignore you, and don't say hello to you. For a hotel that costs 2000 per night, I really don't want to stay any longer. The only consolation is that the hotel design is very good, so I'll just treat it as a visit.

The private beach is almost empty, and there are many shells on the beach that are constantly being polished and washed. The spa wing is beautiful and quiet.
