Hotel management and hotel staff's are very humble and nicest people Room was very good, food was excellent Mr.milind of kyriad hotel is one of the nicest and humble people had met. Overall experience was very excellent If future also if we come to indore. Will stay in this hotel only.

stayed at Hotel Kyriad in Indore during May and found the overall experience to be below expectations. The room was clean but very small, and the bathroom was exceptionally cramped, making it quite uncomfortable to use. While the basic amenities were in place, the limited space made the stay less relaxing. The food served at the hotel was average. Although it was fresh and well-prepared, it was extremely spicy, which may not suit everyone’s palate. The staff was polite and did their job, but their service was rather average and lacked the warmth or attentiveness that could have improved the overall stay. One of the biggest drawbacks was the internet connectivity—or rather, the lack of it. I was unable to connect to the Wi-Fi for the majority of my stay, which caused major inconvenience as I had office-related tasks to complete. Despite reporting the issue, there was no effective resolution provided. While the location may be convenient for some travelers, the lack of proper connectivity and the compactness of the rooms make it difficult for me to recommend this hotel, especially for business travelers. Unfortunately, I would not consider staying at Hotel Kyriad again in the future.

We, Vaishnavi Tours & Travels, represented by Pradip Anchan, a travel agent from Bhayander, Maharashtra, had booked 30 rooms at Kyriad for our guests. I must say it is the best luxury hotel in Indore. The hotel is centrally located at Vijayanagar, near Sayaji Square, and offers excellent quality and quantity in its services. Kyriad Hotel Indore offers two dining options: PuncHin, which serves delectable Punjabi and Chinese cuisines, and BISO, a lounge bar that offers a variety of multi-cuisine dishes. Both restaurants provide a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience. The food quality is highly praised by guests, with many reviews highlighting the delicious taste and excellent service. A special mention to Mr. Milind, the General Manager, who meticulously looked into all aspects of hospitality, ensuring a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests. We look forward to future collaborations with Kyriad Hotel Indore to provide our clients with exceptional experiences. Thank you for your outstanding service and hospitality.

We, both 70+ Senior Citizens, spent three days in this Hotel. It is located centrally and close to many Multi-Speciality Hospitals in the neighbourhood. The Front Desk staff and the Room Service Staff were polite, helpful and courteous. The morning Breakfast spread was quite basic but the food quality was very good. Toiletieries were bare minimum. The bed was comfortable with clean linen. The room was very small compared to the MPT Hotels that we had stayed and the lay out of the room leaves much to be desired. It is hard to believe that it is a part of an "International" Franchise. A small dirty window is the only opening for a view of the outer world, giving a claustrophobic feeling. The lay out of the bathroom takes the cake. Having stayed in hundreds of Hotels around the globe, I found this crammed space an apology of a bathroom. There was no partition between the wet(bath) and Dry(commode) area. Worst still, there was no floor drain in the bathroom portion but the only drain was right across the room on the other end below the wash basin. Once the first person takes bath, the entire floor gets covered with soapy, slippery slushy bath water as it traverses across the floor to the drain point. Very risky for a senior citizen to venture in, till it gets dried. It is no fun for young couples too. There is a "romantic" glass partion between the bedroom area and the Bathroom, may be with the idea of the spouse watching the other taking bath on the other side, while sitting on the bed. Imagine if at that instant, if the Room Service chap comes with the breakfast you had ordered and rings the door bell. When you open the door, he can have an exciting direct view of the person bathing. Atleast a curtain should be provided to cover the partition if one desires so. As I said, a disappointing lay out-both for seniors as well as youngsters. Oh, and one more thing. If you have the habit of taking bath in the evening after returning to the room, if you are ok with cold water it is fine. If you need hot water, you need to leave the hot water tap open till 3 or 4 buckets of cold water is wasted so that some luke warm water ( left over from the morning hot water storage) will start flowing.

Overall experience was Average. please refer below ratings - a) Location - 3/5 b) Food - 3/5 (do not book rooms with meal plan as hotel don't provide buffet lunch / dinner. Restaurant staff will provide you very limited options for food and you will feel like cheated.) c) Service - 2/5 d) Check in - 3/5 e) Room -3/5 (booked two rooms - Suite & Superior but all amenities were not available as given in description)

Stay experience was good, clean and hygienic property, staff was also very helpful and polite, over all very good experience.
