The hotel was very good, staff were very kind and helpful. Especially Charu at the reception was very helpful and decent. It was a pleasure staying at the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is average, with very helpful security staff. However, the reception staff was just average. Unfortunately, the buffet dinner was a major letdown. The options were limited, with no starters and only one non-vegetarian dish, which was underwhelming and led to stomach upset. The dessert option, gajar ka halwa, was also disappointing, lacking mawa and tasting like boiled carrots in sugar syrup. Based on this experience, I would advise against opting for the buffet lunch or dinner here, as it's a waste of money and may upset your stomach.

I was staying with my mother and daughter and feels really safe with awesome hospitality and sanitation. Also when i requested early check-in staff has provided me that very fast service. Food was good both breakfast and dinner. Also there cab service is awesome the person they send with us was a gentleman. Thanks once again.

Overall rating for hotel win way indore is 5. Very well maintained with big rooms for stay. Overall cleanliness is excellent rating. All staff are very polite. But i have seen more staff under training especially ladies.

Everything is fine and super. Location is very close to mall and night food court and more shops near to this hotel all are walkable distance only. We can get auto cab bus everything near hotel. Hotel room is very clean and neat24 hrs hot water. Staffs are all cooperative
