FabHotel Prime Avenue

Great value for money. Nice rooms with clean, well maintained wash rooms. Food is good, though limited options. Front desk can be a bit more welcoming. I stayed for one night and it was a pleasant stay. Service is very prompt. Some rooms do not have a good view and could be checked before booking.

Property has leakage issues which smells and is fairly workable, not recommended for stay

I have paid 1020 inr extra for breakfast still breakfast didn’t receive on time *staff behaviour wasn’t good * common basic amenities was not available even toot paste available on chargeable basis * rooms are not well clean * mattresses and towels are too old not in good condition * staff are not professional at all * while I booked room they have promised for extra bed and once we arrive they have asked paid full amount so that we can’t even change hotel * once we ask for extra bed they denied for bed only provide mattresses kept on the floor Not expected * there are multiple issue with this hotel and management team They don’t even have shaving kit * during booking breakfast timings has been given 6 to 10 but reality is that they open their kitchen at 8:00 am that’s worst one False promises given by their sales team Disaster management experience at all
