There was some disturbance in the corridor and the guests keep knocking the door twice while on my stay.

I checked in at around 8pm and i have to wait for another 30 minutes as the room wasn't ready. When i went to the room i found out intercom didn't work. Hygiene was average. I saw naphthalene tablets lying in the cupboard which smell very bad. Hotel is very close the bombay hospital so location is very good.

There is no cleanliness in the room and toilet, also the bed is not comfortable, service is not available in time, one has to call many times.
