Absolutely loved my stay at Shreemaya! From the moment I stepped in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere was palpable.
The customer service here is truly the heart and soul of the hotel. Every staff member, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, carried a smile and an eagerness to assist. They go out of their way to make you feel at home, ensuring that even the smallest of needs are met promptly and politely.
The rooms were incredibly spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully maintained, providing a relaxing sanctuary after a long day. Another thing that stood out was the food. We loved the breakfast spread - from poha-jalebi to paneer paratha, it was scrumptious!
The attentive service in the dining area further enhanced the experience. It's clear that Shreemaya prioritizes both the comfort of its guests and the excellence of its culinary offerings. We reached the hotel before the check-in time. The reception was excellent and sachin ensured that we got a good room quickly. The room, though a bit smaller than expected, had excellent amenities and had a sunny balcony. Overall, the service was quite prompt and friendly. We felt that the room service food was not as fresh as it should have been. The breakfast spread was good and included the local specialties. I especially loved the jalebis. Check out was efficient and we would return to this hotel, the next time we visit indore.

We stayed here from 18 to 22 February 2025 had a great experience.Good service,tasty food beautiful environment and all the staff members are very good in behaviour nd their service was excellent.👌👌
