I think the best part about this hotel is their breakfast buffet, we absolutely loved it. The restaurant manager, I didn’t get his name, is very courteous and attentive. All our meals here were great. We also enjoyed Aqua, it has a lovely ambience and the cocktails were good. The rooms are as expected, nothing to write about there. There was a strong smoke smell in the corridors but when we mentioned this to the front desk, there wasn’t much they could do since we were technically on a non-smoking floor. The staff is generally courteous and helpful. I was a bit annoyed by a girl who came up to me as I was checking out and asked me to mention her name in my TripAdvisor review even though she had never helped me and wasn’t really interested in hearing any feedback. The greeting staff is lovely. The location is a bit tricky, it is not a place where you could walk anywhere. There is a mall, but there is a convoluted way of getting to it. You definitely need a cab or a taxi. Overall, a good stay. My compliments to the restaurant team.

We used it as a stop stay for our way to ujjain. It is easily accessible to various visit areas in indore.

It was not expected that my breakfast i have to order third party restaurant with a wait for 1 hour and got a packet of food without cutlery😒😒

Location only good inside hotel room given its flat type structure but cleaning not proper and it's jugad type room
