the location is near to metro station but still need to take car to get to the station, room cleaness can be improved but as its a old hotel so its acceptable

Room was ok. Very bad service, the concierge charged me twice the price of my stay, because of their mistake, but found this after I left. They agreed to refund, but after two months I'm still waiting for my money back.
Really disappointed by the hotel service and IHG customer service.
If you stay in this hotel, be very careful with payments and always double check what you've been charged!

At least in the local area, it should be regarded as a decent quality hotel. The furniture is a bit old, but the rest is acceptable. The breakfast is very rich. I will probably stay in this hotel again
