Made this reservation last minute for Stagecoach and I’m happy with my stay. Not only did I get an amazing price, I was able to check in early. When I say early, I mean 10am instead of 3pm! Robert was amazing. Helped us out with no problem. I definitely recommend the WoodSpring Suites. I even met another group that had a last minute reservation and same thing. They had nothing but great things to say about their stay and service.

My experience was terrible. The hotel is infested with cockroaches. From the moment I walked in, I saw cockroaches in the lobby. I mentioned it to the front desk, but they completely ignored what I said. It was already midnight, we were tired, and it was too late to go to another hotel. They didn’t give us the room we had reserved and paid extra for. I had to sleep on a sofa bed even though I explained that I have back problems and that the sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable. At first, Carlos at the front desk said it was my fault for booking through *******, but later admitted that the elevator was broken and housekeeping wasn’t able to clean many rooms, so they didn’t have our reserved room available. Both Carlos, who was at the front desk that night, and someone named Cassie were rude and dismissive. It was a horrible experience. The next morning, I spoke with Autry, who offered me a refund for the whole incident, but he never entered it into the system. So, when ******* called to confirm the refund, another employee refused to process it because there was no note in the computer. In short, this hotel is run by irresponsible staff who have no interest in doing things right. They don’t care about anything and are rude and dismissive. Terrible experience.
