Hyatt House Indianapolis Downtown

We will never stay at this hotel again. The biggest issue is our car was hit in a hit and run in the hotel’s parking garage and, despite the $43 to $48 per day charge to park here, THERE ARE NO CAMERAS IN THE GARAGE. The police came and made a report, but without cameras there’s not a whole lot they can do. Doug, the parking manager, helped us as much as he could and told us he has been telling the Hyatt since he started working there they need to put cameras in the parking garage, Doug did waive the parking fee, but we are now out our own money to get our car fixed. We asked to speak to the general manager of the hotel, Tim Ribich, but he was always “in a meeting” and never contacted us or made himself available to speak to us when we asked multiple times. Also, the TV did not work when we checked into our room and the water pressure is terrible. Very disappointing experience. Stay away from this place!
Courtyard Indianapolis Castleton

I have never stayed at a Courtyard Marriott that was so filthy in my entire life. We are Marriott rewards members, but since we booked through a third party, I think we got the shaft (hotels don't like that). We were visiting for a family reunion, and upon check-in found out the Starbucks coffee was unavailable because the breakfast area was closed down for COVID. Now, I understand Corona problems, but nowhere on their website did they mention this, however there was a Starbucks 1 mile up the street open??? After visiting with family, we came back to the hotel about 10:30pm. Exhausted I pulled back the sheets to find a stain that looked like blood or jelly. Either way, I did not want to sleep there. (see pics). Therefore, in my nightgown and leggings, I shlepped down to the front desk and asked for another room. We were given a room on the first floor (note: there is smoking in this hotel, so it travels up). After moving all of our belongings, about 11:15 pm, we checked the beds. A ok. However, the bathtub was filthy (see pics). Also, do not plan on house-service...again, was not mentioned on the website. Never, ever, ever, ever, ever again. Keep driving up the highway about a mile for a nicer Marriott.

For background: elite Marriott member who spends 100+ nights a year as a business and leisure traveler. The property and staff were all absolutely top notch. 5/5 recommend. The staff, location and property itself really makes this a nice place to stay. First, I want to mention and thank a couple staff members by name. Heather Burns was absolutely exceptional. She deftly resolved an issue for us. We visited in early October for business. Checkin was a breeze, and staff happily brought us more toiletries, extra towels, etc. The one bedroom suite was spacious and clean. We slept very comfortably, pillows were soft and fluffy. Loved the fruit infused water and breakfast buffet. Solid breakfast featuring the usual eggs, breakfast meats, bagels, etc. Parking was also a breeze. Lots of food, drink and the like in the immediate vicinity. We will see you again!

Warren Township
Best option in an okay city, staff save it though, Jeff Bobbitt and Faith are wonderful and will do anything for you! Staff for breakfast are great too! Food is okay, pretty great in comparison for platinum options. Our team has spent the better part of 2 years in and out of this hotel and they keep us coming back.

In addition to providing accommodation, the hotel also provides cooking stoves, dishes and other supplies in the room. It is really unexpected. You can buy things outside and cook them in the hotel, which is very economical.
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Indianapolis W - Airport Area

The staff at the hotel were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was better than most HIE properties and it was nice to be greeted by management [Tina] at breakfast which added to the experience. I would certainly recommend this hotel for its welcoming attitude.
