Bottleworks Hotel

We celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary at the Bottleworks Hotel. Everything from the moment we arrived (valet service) and checkin (Mia was awesome!) to the time we. He led out was awesome and wonderful. We will definitely be back!!!

What a fabulous hotel. We travel 4 to 5 months out of the year both domestically in internationally and this is one of the most interesting places we’ve ever stayed. Great location, awesome room, excellent staff, lots to do in the neighborhood, and convenient self parking right across the street in a large garage. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay again when passing through Indianapolis.

From the moment you check in, you know this place is special. Every detail is so intentional and thoughtful—It really makes the experience amazing. We stayed the night on our 20th anniversary and the team put a bottle of champagne and chocolate cake in our room upon our arrival. This extra touch and level of thoughtfulness really made our night.

This experience is truly one of a kind! I have lived in downtown Indy for years and have never experienced anything like this. The property is gorgeous, well maintained, and brimming with history and charm! Parking was a breeze, with plenty of options in the garage, valet, or in the surface lot. There are so many delicious restaurants and shops to explore that are just a stone's throw away. We enjoyed a fabulous meal at Modita and never even had to walk outside to get there, as it was all connected. We ordered room service for breakfast which was prompt, delicious, and surprisingly very reasonably priced! Finally, the hospitality of the staff was marvelous. They keep pamphets about the legacy of the Bottleworks Factory in the rooms if you are interested in the history of the property- after expressing interest in this, one of the managers took time out of his busy morning to take us on a tour of some of the key rooms of the old factory, such as The Lab (where they experimented with new Coca-Cola formulas!) which was so cool! We cannot wait to stay again, and highly recommend a stay here, even if you are a local!

Clean and beautiful room, fantastic location for safety: polite, friendly and informative front desk team; & easy access to self parking. Short walk to The Garage for a plethora of delicious and nutritious food options for everyone. Great experience while traveling with kids. Thank you for setting high standards and a team that works with professionalism and integrity. We appreciate it and will continue to visit!

My wife and I wanted to get away for a long weekend and since we hadn’t been to Indianapolis we decided to go there. After some research we decided to stay at this hotel and are extremely happy that we did. The accommodations were perfect, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff are amazing. Everything was clean and we loved all the little touches in the room such as the umbrella, Nespresso coffee, the Hunter soaps, etc. We had breakfast from room service and it was hot and very tasty. This will be our go to hotel for future stays

The Bottleworks Hotel is an oasis just outside of downtown Indianapolis. It is located on Massachusetts Avenue, which is filled with fantastic dining and shopping options. For someone who is not fully familiar with the city, it makes travel to Indy very relaxing and easy. When we arrived at the hotel (this was our second visit), the staff was energetic and lovely. Our room was immaculate, spacious, modern and even had an outdoor terrace. The hotel vibe is lively (it has a great coffee shop, restaurant, bar and even nail salon), but it still feels quiet and intimate. We can’t wait to return! Our hotel stay really made the whole trip comfortable and luxurious!
