Upon arrival the customer service was great. However a couple of hours later the staff became rude and we had to leave.

The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. There is an onsite Landry plus fitness center with an indoor pool. The Breakfast items could be better maybe add some granola bars or instant oatmeal packs and up grade the muffins. Over the hotel is budget friendly in this current 2025 economy. Nice hotel to have your kids hotel pizza party at with the indoor pool the Day's Inn hotel have.

The plumbing and electrical systems were poorly maintained. The hinge on the door was loose and required the door to be picked up in order to lock it. The pool was out of order and the breakfast was white bread, cereal, pancakes or small yogurts. Breakfast was poorly restocked.

Walked in to the room dirty. Bed was filthy as if someone laid in it already. We politely packed right up and turned keys back in. They didn’t reimburse nor tried to help me with my complaint

The best parts of this motel are the comfortable beds and the spacious swimming pool. The breakfast was minimal. The yoghurt supply ran out. No hot eggs or sausage. They had an automatic pancake maker. No coffee or tea in the rooms. The clock in the room was set to the wrong time. I couldn't adjust it. The motel is conveniently adjacent to a Costco.

Staff unattentive. Missing things in room. No elevator. Smells of **** in halls. Access road to hotel full of huge potholes. Not worth price.
