Great location, close to where I needed to go! The staff is all phenomenal, every one I encountered smiled and made me feel right at home. The hotel is a little dated and needs some new decorations but I will definitely still be coming back.

The pillows are the fluffiest I ever felt, the beds are great. Staff is fantastic and responsive. I was here for a Pacer's game.

The staff was awesome! Shanell greeted me with a big smile every time she saw me! Aubrey checked me in and had some great local recommendations! I cannot remember everyone's names but all the staff I encountered was so friendly and made me feel like I'd known them for years. But it wasn't just members, I witnessed their interactions with EVERYONE and it was stellar. Room was a little small but comfy enough.

Great stay, very close to the convention center. Customer service was very impressive! The bar had a unique assortment of characters but everything tasted good and every single employee i spoke to was friendly. I will definitely come back when I am not working.

Management canceled a reservation I had 2 weeks after I made it. It was a year in advance and they said it was oversold. That shouldn't be my problem. They shouldn't offer a hotel 30 minutes away. I booked when it became available and started making plans around that reservation. I didn't make other available ones because I counted on IHG. That was my mistake. The are no longer available. I initially got an email from a gmail account. That is very professional. Of course, I'm not going to respond to that or think it's official. Thanks for the hassle.

They are not upfront about extra fees. They charge your card $125 extra upon check in and then only return $100 of your deposit so essentially they are charging you $25 for parking which for Indianapolis is ridiculous! The rooms were average as was the breakfast. Will definitely choose to stay somewhere nicer the next time around.
